Although it suits are needs it is beginning to look tired and whilst the staff are all very helpful there are not enough of them ! On trying to check in there was a sign to go to Costa coffee for the receptionist...

We turned up here at 9:00pm after our plans had gone awry. Fortunately there was a room available with a third bed. The hotel is showing it's age especially the bathroom which had broken fittings and bath panels coming adrift. Despite this, everything appeared to be perfectly clean. There was a decent amount of space in the room and the...

Very conveniently located next to the A1(M) and close enough to make visiting the beautiful North Yorkshire Dales easy. The hotel is located amidst a hotchpotch of untidy car parks and the whole site, as well as the hotel itself, have a very run down appearance. Room was well equipped and in parts had been well refurbished, but still a...

We used this budget hotel for an overnight stay whilst travelling south. Could not fault it really for a travel lodge type hotel. It has a Costa coffee shop attached where you can have a coffee/tea through the night if wished and the meals served in the hotel were freshly cooked, The staff were very obliging and welcoming.

We stayed here, on our way back from a holiday in Scotland, on first impression it needed a bit of TLC, the room though was very spacious, and clean with everything you may need. breakfast reasonable too. and all for £55.00 a night dont think you can go wrong! Tip to management. advertise better!

Stayed for 2 nights while attending a festival nearby. Ideally situated just off the A1 with free parking. Room was a good size, nice bed and shower. Breakfast was buffet style with a decent selection of food but as always with buffets, not the hottest. Hotel was clean and in good repair inside but does look a bit tired from...

I stayed at this hotel for two nights in august. it was very easy to find, had good parking facilities and the location was good as it is next door to a 24 hour mcdonalds and costa coffee. 8 of us stayed here on Saturday night. I really don't know what all the bad reviews are about.... I wouldn't go on holiday here but it's a great location if you are needing a night somewhere. Bathrooms were refurbished, red hot water, comfortable bed, great breakfast and nice staff. It was quite dated decor and the curtains were very...
