Quaint historic cottage with full modern facilities. The owner could not have been more helpful and greeted us with coffee and home made sponge cake. Lovely surprise. We had bicycles to store and they were locked away securely in the barn. Breakfast was amazing and all locally sourced. Would definitely stay there again.

Can't praise this B&B enough. Warm Yorkshire welcome and excellent service throughout. Fantastic breakfast as well that will set you up for the day. Some great cycling in the local area (if you don't mind hills!).

The best B & B ever, arrived to tea and homemade lemon drizzle ( that was worth the trip). The room was lovely with a big window where you could lie in bed and look at the beautiful Dales. The host (Charlie) ran and collected us to where ever we wanted to go to eat, nothing was too much trouble....

We've just spent a lovely weekend in the Dales and this B&B is first class. The other comments seem to sum up what we experienced. Warm and friendly, great Yorkshire hospitality. Charlie is a great host. We had the rear room, double bed, great view. Comfortable bed and incredible breakfast. We can't recommend this place too highly.

To reiterate a common theme for the Ling House B&B; quite simply the best B&B I've ever stayed at..! From the moment we arrived the owner, Charlie, couldn't do enough to help. We were greeted with a friendly Yorkshire handshake, a nice cuppa and a lovely slice of lemon drizzle cake. Nothing was too much trouble for our host. He...

This b and b is AMAZING! There are only two rooms available and ours was beautiful with a large window where you can sit and gaze upon the hills. Charlie welcomes you with cake and coffee, roaring fire downstairs and massive cooked breakfast. It's in a great location also, about a mile from grassington centre and a couple of hundred...

Brilliant stay! Our trip was short but very sweet. We wanted to get a feel for Yorkshire and absolutely loved the area not least because of the warm and very friendly welcome from our hosts Jayne and Charlie. Charlie in particular was so very kind and helpful and cooks a ten out of ten breakfast! The sitting room was cosy and...

This little cottage is steeped in 400 years of history! Charlie your host has two beautifully appointed bedrooms, we stayed in the rear bedroom overlooking the stunning dales. Not a large room but characterful and cosy with a full length stone mullioned window to make the most of the views. A petite en-suite, but adequate and scrupulously clean. Charlie greeted...

We stayed for a single night but wished we could have stayed longer!! When we arrived at Ling house in the early afternoon, the welcome was almost as warm as the smoldering fire in the cozy downstairs area. We were greeted with homemade cake and were given a detailed run down of all available services and amenities. The bed was...
