The service was excellent, and flexible enough to respect our needs. Our room was spacious, and furnished to a high quality. There was also a delightful patio / lawn area The hosts were very knowledgeable about the local area, and what it could offer. They had clear rules, but were very flexible in meeting our needs. Cozy and welcoming, this converted farm was the perfect place to stay for our large extended family. The hosts were extremely accommodating and helpful and there was nothing lacking in our comfortable bedrooms. The breakfast was absolutely fabulous with fresh fruit and an endless choice of options. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Nice room with views over the fields, walk in shower and tea/coffee making facility. Breakfast freshly cooked and was more than enough to keep us going for the day, friendly hosts and very accessible to the countryside and local towns. Coast only 1 hr away and close enough to get to larger towns in land.

This is a lovely, peaceful B&B in north Yorkshire. The breakfast was excellent; well made with top quality ingredients. The room furnishings were gorgeous and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The guinea fowl can be a little noisy at first, but they just add to the charm of the place. We found it to be...
