I'm a solo traveller and I stay there with the cheapest price I've ever get. But guess what? I got more than what I expected, of course include with their friendly staffs and that lovely lobby 😍 but unfortunately they didn't provide electric socket

It was a business trip in Bandar Tenggara, some 40 minutes away. Friends suggested that I put up in Johor Bahru but I thought I would give Kulai a try and found Creator Hotel. I believe the whole complex was meant to be a shopping mall but who would go to Kulai to shop when the Johor Premium Outlets (JPO)... More

Stayed at this hotel for 1 night for JPO shopping trip. It just takes 10 minutes to JPO I was amazed by the interior at the lobby and also inside the room. Its so beautiful & modern. Inside the room they provide toiletries with cute packaging. The toilettries was rather complete as 5 star hotel with comb, shaving pack, shower... More

We chose this hotel for the cute "boutique-y" pastel hipster decor as seen online. Upon arrival (midnight, after a looong day of travelling) the foyer was nice and the receiptionist pleasant, but our room was disgusting! Huge dust bunnies all over the floor as if someone had forgotten to vacuum for months and the shower was not easy to use.... More

Friend helped us to book, but I heard that this is the best hotel and location is rather good. Service was just alright (some of us don't speak much Malay), but the facilities are new and nicely decorated. Cute display at lobby, beautiful colours. Room was clean and beds are comfortable. Floor was not exactly clean, but they do provide... More

We spent 1 night here on our way to JB. The reception area is very beautiful & well decorated. However, in our room it just a normal hotel room. The room is spacious but very basic & empty. No breakfast provided from the hotel but you can go to the nearest Infamous Nasi Lemak shop. Overall stay is just okay... More

Stayed here several weeks ago with my partner with the intention of staying one night while visiting JPO which was situated few kms away. Hotel was very creative with the overall decor especially the lobby area. There was a small shopping mall connected to the hotel but we did not visit. Not many attractions within walking distance but within a... More

Decided to visit kulai for a food trip. Wanted to stay for a night so as to try the diff types of street food available. Chose this hotel as it was just furnished and its next to a local supermarket chain. Rooms were clean and nicely furnished. Toilet was simple and spartan. Water pressure and water heater was working normally.... More

The first bad impression was the humid lobby. Though it has nice looking decor but the warm area is not a good welcoming sign. The staff is not friendly and sometimes looks blurred. The room is spacious but the furniture arrangement is not. The sofa is put below the tv. The small toilet is clogged and you need to wait... More
