Prices of Food and Beverage far exceed price standards for Indonesia. I feel grossly ripped off, especially with water priced at $7 bottle, beer $8 and a burger $20. Although hotel presented well and staff are nice. The resort venue practically locks people on the premise (10min private taxi (only option) costs $15) and charges a fortune for food and...

The resort is just nice, there are many activities in the resort and if you feel the need to go out they provide taxi service. The room I stayed in was slightly dirty - had 2 dead bugs lying on the floor - but other than that it was comfortable.

We had a 4D, 3N stay at Nirwana resort Hotel. The stay was quite pleasant - and the property is quite good. However, their house keeping is terrible and it can ruin the experience. The rest of the staff is very friendly, very helpful. And food quality isn't bad too.

We had a great stay in this hotel. We stayed for 3 nights and we did a lot of activities available in this resort like, cycling, bowling, kayaking. But of course with a cost. There's a mini grocery store beside the Gift Shop, and a Money Changer right beside the Reception counter in the lobby. They have mini zoo. You...

Outdated, old and in the main reception area the window at the top of the ceiling look like they have never been cleaned. Room is visibly dated and very much 20 years ago with amenities that are sparse and cheap. I stayed in the suite private lounge that had a kettle that did not work when plugged in as the...

Our family just spent a 3D2N trip at Nirwana Bintan and it was a great one. Everyone got his/her activities, e.g. elder enjoyed massage, kids enjoyed swimming and we enjoyed the Ninebot. The beach is beautiful and room very comfortable. We relaxed and recovered from stress. Would recommend this trip to my friends definitely.
