Room was tidy but run down, shower nozzle dribbled rather than sprayed, water ran out of shower Bath onto the floor and out into the hallway. 2 out of the 3 lifts i could use...

I stayed in the Deluxe Room as part of the Golfer's Stay package over the 2016/2017 New Years Eve weekend. This resort has alot going for it - excellent location, nice private beach, nice scenery and excellent golf courses. However, it is let down by very poorly maintained rooms, and ridiculous pricing for poor quality food. Pros: - Excellent location:...

This hotel is to expensive, the dinners start at around 100 - 150 USD for two and there are not many other options than eating here as it is so far away from anything. The hotel staff can be a bit rude. In addition it is monsun season which no body told us about when we booked it so all...

We stayed for two nights, its an excellent property with a 1.5km clean private beach. Sea facing villas and rooms are a good choice for beach lovers.. Its a five star property with all amenities but the rooms are showing age now. Lots of water sports available but were closed during our visit because of weather conditions. The resort has...

Quite and relaxing. Few people around in December. Nice beach. Friendly staff. My sea-facing room is clean. The Breakfast area is crowded with people. Have to queue a bit for popular food. Wi-Fi is slow. Didn't experience troubles reported by others. Maybe it's good to stay in the east wing?

The resort on the whole provided a nice ambience to relax but the rooms and lifts are slightly run down. Warning: Despite the cheap room rates, be prepared to be ripped off by astronomical prices on the food as well as some activities. Pros: -friendly service -excellent gym Cons: -extremely expensive meals, even more expensive than restaurants in Singapore -rooms...

Resort is good, clean & comfy. Breakfast was normal. Not alot of variety. Food was okay. The place is far from other area. Only way to go out is to hire their car. Which is expensive. Dont go to plaza lagoi, theres nothing there. Activities can be done within the resort itself with a cost offcourse. A good relaxing place. Not a...

Short holiday with my partner, actually it was fun and enjoyable. but however there is small disturbance on the resort direction. We took ferry Batam and there is small argue with the taxi driver. Reach the site, it was paid off. Good resorts with good maintenance, nice view, sometimes the weather are unpredictable. Sure will visited again next time
