A really friendly place to stay, beautifully clean, great food. Love the fresh bread. Spectacular view out of the breakfast room window of tabletop volcano. Stunning geology and great bird life on Lake Myvatn.

We loved the breakfast and the utmost hospitality of that family business. One of the nicest places we stayed at in Iceland. We even got driven to Dimmu Borgir for free and our laundry made for only 1000 crowns.

We enjoyed our stay in this guesthouse a lot. The room was very bright and cosy. There was even a washbasin in our room. The guesthouse was very clean and the owner really friendly. Tasty breakfast with homemade bread! Not really cheap during the main season but all in all a really great place to stay!

We had a great stay here. The guesthouse is clean and the bathroom is large and modern. Even though our room was right next to the bathroom, we never heard our neighbors. The breakfast was fantastic - cereal, fresh baked bread, homemade cake, smoked fish, fruit, meats, etc. My only advice is to bring a sleeping mask if visiting in...

The place is very clean and nice. We had a big room, with a good bed and a shared bathroom, which was new and neat. We shared it with only two other rooms. We got a delicious breakfast in the morning. Asdis, the host, was also very helpful. Recommended, the perfect place to explore the area.

We have been staying at this B&B for four nights this june. It is situated in a family home within the residential area of Reykjalid, a five minute walk from the post office and the supermarket and just off the ringroad. Everything was spotless clean, modern and cosy: our room, the bathroom, the kitchen and livingroom. The three bedrooms share...

Very comfortable, peaceful guesthouse which is spotlessly clean. Delicious breakfasts with homemade bread. We appreciated being able to use the kitchen to prepare evening meals and packed lunches during our stay. Very accommodating host. Excellent value guesthouse, which suited our family perfectly. Highly recommended.

Lovely place to stay. It was incredibly clean, the room was nice, and the breakfast very good. Since we didn't have a car, our host drove us around the Myvatn Lake, which was so kind of her. What is more, this is cheaper than the big guesthouse just nearby. I warmly recommend it.

Great stay in a homely, spotlessly clean and well-located guesthouse. Asdis is the perfect host, with her excellent local knowledge and welcoming way. Check out the folder in the room for great ideas on local points of interest and places to eat. Also, if you get time visit the Vogafjoss Cafe 5 mins drive away. The best meal of our...

This was one of our favorite places to stay on our 2 week trip. Asdis was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She had lots of info to share about the area and tips on where to eat. There are 3 rooms, my boyfriend and I had a double at the front of the house and then our friends shared a room...
