Friendly staff, excellent breakfast, and great location! The family were so welcoming when we wandered by during their own dinner, with lots of great suggestions for things to do. We were hoping to return this year but others beat us to it!

We planned to stay one night with our two kids, but finally extended our stay because the place was so cozy, with ample views from every window, the food was very good and the owners very friendly. The hotel has a playing/tv/gym room downstairs, ideal for kids. We stayed in a family room for 4 in an angle of the... More

We spent 1week in winter on halfboard basis. The food was very good, owners very friendly. So we were really satisfied and will come back. Location is good between two skiing ropeways with bus infront of the hotel. The bus is not included in the ski ticket nor in the hotel price.Only thing we did not enjoy in full was... More

Great staff, always helpfull. Rooms are clean and comfortable. We end up staying there 6 nights. Great value ! Breakfast brings lot of choice and there are plenty of restaurants nearby for the evening. Would definitely go back to this hotel ran by fabiola and her daughters.

Our visit to Hotel Sassleng was spent in peak season and we were lucky to get a room. It was the first hotel that we called based on some of the reviews that we had read... and we now know why the reviews for this hotel are so high! Right from the off we were made ever so welcome by... More

It was our first time (week) in Dolomiti and we left feeling it was too short! Many guests in the hotel were repeat customers and we could see why - the laid back atmosphere, the care given by the family, the food, the proximity to ski bus + two major hubs for skiing (5 minutes away by bus each). Fabiola... More

The hotel has nice location between two ski lifts and ski bus stop is just opposite to the entrance), very cozy rooms and amazing view. But main benefits are extreme hospitality and excellent cuisine. During 6-day stay we had different main and second courses for each dinner. The taste was marvelous. Now i prefer skiing in Italy to Austria because... More

We spent a week of skiing in the Dolomites, staying at hotel Sassleng. It's nice and very clean, got everything you need for skiing holidays, would love a bigger sauna though. Ski bus stops across the street, very frequent, gets you to ski lifts in Canazei or Alba in a couple minutes. Owners/staff are really friendly, food is great and... More

We stayed at Sassleng for 4 nights for skiing. The rooms were nice and modern and clean. We had half board and the food was also terrific. The staff were all really friendly and the owner delightful. Can't recommend this the Sassleng enough.

Stayed here on a lads' ski trip the first week in March. Very handily situated for both the Ciampac and Belvedere gondolas (<1km and the ski bus stop is just across the road). Have to agree with other reviewers about the friendliness and helpfulness of the management and the staff; nothing was too much trouble. Let me give an example:... More
