We were very disappointed with our experience in this place staff- extremely ignorant , food -overpriced, don't eat in there- it's a trap for tourist's!!! Pool only with swimming cap -joke!!! Jacuzzi -close! Roof also closed! Parking on narrow Street or 15 night -joke again :/ We ask for plates one of the staff - they just basically ignore us... Mafia?

My partner and I booked this hotel for two nights based on positive reviews I read in English. We should have read the Italian reviews where customers had been poorly treated in the past. We were told we were upgraded to a deluxe room, at $70€ a night with breakfast. The room was very basic, it had a wardrobe, small tv and a small bar fridge which was u plugged. The fridge was extremely noisy but we figured we would ignore that. There were no glasses in the room and the phone did not work so I had to ask for them downstairs and It seemed a burden. We then asked for some ice and were given a tiny cup with 4 cubes. Breakfast our first day was very basic by Sicilian standards, with one cold cheese and one cold meat, no table service for coffee and some basic pastries. Far below similarly priced hotels. We went our for a day to come back and find our room had not been serviced, we politely asked for it to be refreshed while we were out again. We came back several hours later to find the room had been over sprayed with chemicals that burned our throat and gave us headaches. We tried to ignore this by opening the balcony but this resulted in mosquito bites. After not sleeping all night we called the hotel manager to ask for a new room and they told us to open the bedroom door (into the public hallway) and that there was nothing they could do. Our floor also had a big group which was running around nocking on doors and yelling all night with no action by the hotel. We decided to pack and leave early without eating, and spoke to the hotel manager about a refund for the second night as we could not sleep and the service was not fit for purpose. There was absolutely no customer service or compromise , they were unwilling even to refund the breakfast we did not eat. Laughing at us for asking. This hotel has received positive reviews, but out of global travels which includes several third world countries this is the worst experience we have had.

We stayed here for a week and it was an overall good experience. Rooms very clean and comfy with a balcony facing the pool and an olive grove. Location was tranquil in a byroad, San Vito lo Capo is only ten minutes by car. Staff was very helpful and child friendly (we traveled with our one year old daughter). Breakfast was basic but tasty, especially the coffee. Only some minor points which could be improved, wifi was rather slow and had week signal, pool should be accessible without bathing cap.
