What a beautiful place this is! The room was beautiful and spacious with a French balcony. Swimming pool area was lovely and so was the breakfast room. Breakfast had everything you wanted and eggs were made to your liking. Staff was very friendly,especially the ladies working in the reception. The whole place and the grounds were very well maintained. Beautiful greenery and flowers surrounded the hotel.But,and I’m very sorry there’s a but.The restaurant has gorgeous views of lago di Iseo,but no views can help this restaurant. We off course sat outside on the terrace to enjoy the view,but that was all we enjoyed. The waiters,two of them, either overworked or just bored. They had between them only eight guests the whole night as far as we could see,but we actually never had any service. Yes we had our food and drinks handed to us,but no one pored the wine or water,no one asked how the food was,no one as much as looked in our direction unless we flagged them down.And the food was not good. We tried some local fish which didn’t taste bad,but it was the color grey. Then we had some pork,and the meat was if possible even grayer. Nothing looked very appealing. I am amazed that they don’t make the most of the potential they have. Get a chef that makes simple Italian colorful food and server’s whom actually like what they are doing. This hotel and it’s guests deserve it. They had a very popular seafood restaurant just next door which was packed both nights we were there. I don’t know if that’s the reason they don’t prioritize their own restaurant.Also they could do a lot to improve the atmosphere. Some flowers and candles on the table and some music would at least make it nice to enjoy a drink while watching the scenery . Stay away from the bar though,it was used to stack dirty plates on. Are they forgetting that you have to walk by it to go to the bathroom ?Well,after our complaint the gave us a bottle of wine,and recommended us a lovely local little Osteria the next day. Were the food was simple,but great. We would love to come again,but we would definitely go somewhere else for dinner.

Quite simply an exceptional hotel. On arrival the young lady on reception was extremely welcoming and assisted us personally to our room. We had booked a room with lake view with terrace and this was definitely not a disappointment. The room itself was very clean, and perfectly appointed, eco-friendly to include such items as vegetable soap and vegan toiletries. Every aspect was perfect. I would highly recommend this hotel. We stayed for one night as a stop over for an early flight from Orio Al Serio Airport Bergamo (40 minutes away). We will defiantly be returning for a longer stay to take full advantage of this haven of tranquility.

Late afternoon, about 5.30 pm we drove up the steep hillside in the village of Clusane, that leeds to Relais Mirabello. After a friendly welcome at the reception, a member of staff showed us our rooms were we would stay the upcomming days. Spacious, lots of Italian design flair and a bidet in the bathroom. No Italian household can do without. We were blessed having airconditioning in the bedrooms, while outside temperatures moved up to 38°C during daytime.
Time for a drink guys. Sitting on the terrace of the hotel, the panoramic lakeside view of Lago d'Iseo in front, it was just magnificent to watch. No noice, except for the crickets and Stefano, the waither on call, is a most attentive person.
Luggage unpacked and a refreshing shower afterwards, we walked to the neighbouring restaurant Da Nadia, where we made a diner reservation the same evening. It was fully booked as we noticed later in the evening. An elderly lady, Nadia, is the hosting chef as she takes time to have a little chat at each table, Sono in Italiano.
The gastronomic 4-course menu exists of simple, yet very tastefull dishes. Only remarque is that service is too quick, serving them one after the other. It barely gives you the time to enjoy the atmosphere. An espresso completes our visit to the restaurant, but not before taking a picture with Nadia. Time for bed. Buona notte ragazzi !

Stayed as part of an InnTravel walking holiday. Lovely little hotel. Rooms large, clean and comfortable. Balcony provided a beautiful view.
Might have been helpful to know in advance that the hotel is at the top of a steep hill and the village below really has little to offer. Half Board is probably therefore essential unless driving. Food in the hotel restaurant (as opposed to the independent restaurant on site) was average.

We really enjoyed this hotel. First and foremost the staff were wonderful and very helpful throughout our stay helping with recommendations and reservations. From the team at the front desk to the bar and breakfast area, everyone was always pleasant and accommodating. The hotel grounds are impeccable and are constantly being tended to by staff members. The room was comfortable, clean and offered A/C, Wifi, and also a very comfortable bed! The views were fantastic not only from our room, but from the bar and breakfast area. Breakfast offers a wide range of pastries, fresh fruit, vegetables, and cold cuts, you can also order coffee and eggs. The hotel doesn't offer a dinner option, but does have Da Nadia restaurant onsite which is was fine, but was a bit pricey and requires reservations well in advance. The hotel has cold lunch option available and the bar which we enjoyed during our stay. There are also restaurants nearby, we found some great options in Sarnico just minutes by car. Overall just wonderful stay, we would absolutely come again!

We really enjoyed this beautiful property. It has an amazing view on the Iseo lake. The breakfast is very good. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The location is perfect as you can enjoy the lake and visit the Franciacorta’s wineries. We recommend the rooms with balcony.

Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights this week. It’s an amazing location, the view is stunning and worth being here alone. Breakfast on the terrace is a lovely experience looking along the lake. However I have 1 or 2 reservations….. Before booking I checked with the hotel about being able to walk into clusane and was told it was a 10min walk….it isn’t. It’s at least 20mins hard walking uphill and not possible safely at night (no lighting). We had to drive and while only a couple of mins it affected our eves as don’t like to drink and drive….. Strangely no tea or coffee making equipment in room and no supplied water - you have to pay for bottled water…. Breakfast is great but a little odd in that it’s a mix of buffet and waitress service which was a bit confusing as we had to keep asking for items that weren’t around (like milk) Anyway as I type this I feel a little harsh - we had a lovely experience, staff were very smiley and helpful and you should stay here but just be conscious of location - in both ways!

A very comfortable hotel, in a gorgeous location overlooking Lake Iseo. As far as we could tell, almost all the rooms have this view, as does the breakfast terrace. With attractive grounds and a quiet location this was a comfortable, enjoyable stay. Sadly it is quite tricky to get dinner as the on site restaurant is separate and busy. If you choose to walk down into Clusanne you are faced with quite a hike back up a steep hill - and we are walkers, so not adverse to a walk! Our solution was to take advantage of the hearty breakfast, then have a late lunch while we were out anyway.

Wonderful views set high up in the hillside. Staff friendly on the main desk and very helpful. The pool is great and lovely terrace. Rooms large and clean and comfy beds. Only let down was the service in the resteraunt and lack of choices in the evening menu. A little music and friendlier feel would help with the resteraunt. Overall very good and views to never forget.
