I stayed with my 2 daughters for 4 nights in one of the apartments . Immediately we noticed that all people there were living most of them in USA., because of higher costs. The apartment had 2 bedrooms, beautiful, completed in all details, and gives you a feeling of living in luxury. Breathtaking views. The owner was available all the time, even though he is in different time zone, vey good communication. My issue was with the security there. My parking spot it was taken by different cars and we (and the owner) called all the time and they did nothing. If you don’t have a personal buggy , you need to move your car or to buy a ride for 1$ any time that you need to go to restaurants or beach (per person) Public parking near the beach is 10$. Beach umbrella and 2 chairs, cost 20$. Galleria mall is very close and convenient (by car). Streets are well paved and we decided to walk to the Beach one afternoon, because it is only a 10 mins walk, but you cannot do this every day because the roads are very steep and painful, so no physical activity for us. It is very quiet and boring if you don’t have friends there.There is a public beach too, and people come oven from Vlora. It is nice to be 3 days away, but I would not consider buying an apartment there. I would enjoy better closer to beach and people and restaurants. You go in and out for morning walk, for coffee, eating, beach, whenever you want.

Booked for 7 nights in advance heaving the highest expectations but was a total disappointment!! Is one of the most expensive places around the area but never had such a terrible service! Every morning we had to wait over 30-40 minutes for the "taxi" that had to accompany us to the beach and the same time to return to Villa. You reach at the beach and they tell you that you can't have a Sunbed in the first row, nor in the second row, and maybe not even in the third row because they are reserved for VIP clients who comes to spend only one day on that beach! I'm sorry, maybe I'm wrong, but shouldn't the privileged be the ones who booked and spend 8 days with you instead of 1??? I am really sorry, but the way of management is very wrong and you need a lot of improvements. This, said by someone who paid “a lot” and came to spend a "Luxury" vacation in a resort that is supposed to be Luxurious even in terms of service! The whole road to the Green Coast Resort has a fascinating view that people rarely see.Everything is beautifully and tastefully organized inside the resort.. Our room,Villa 3 E,was very well equipped with all the necessary equipment inside a house,without forgetting even the smallest details,such as: coffee espresso machine with all the necessary capsules or with Turkish coffee according to your preferences.food can be prepared in the room for those who do not want to spend a lot. There is a SPAR store in the resort where you can find everything. The host of the room,Nertila,was very communicative,friendly and ready to help at any moment. There are buggies at any time free of charge to transport you to the beach or wherever you want.

If you want to get robbed visit this place. The villas are beautiful but everything else is missing. It lacks the cleanliness that is the ABC, lacks communication, lacks seriousness. I booked a Villa from 600 euros per night and found on my arrival at 17: -Dirty house so not ready to check in - broken lock so I had to wait for a carpenter - ants everywhere - non-existent reception - establishment absurd prices and bad service

I recently spent an amazing day at SIN at Green Coast. It started with a fantastic breakfast, setting a perfect tone for the day. My fiancé and I then relaxed at the beach on some of the most comfortable lounges we’ve ever experienced.
The highlight was a sunset lunch with a DJ set, creating an ambiance reminiscent of Cannes. The music, views, and food were unforgettable.

All in all a good vacation. However there were some glaringly rooky mistakes that go with a newer resort not accustomed to what it means to be a truly luxury stay.
First - the booking was confusing. We checked and rechecked and while booking, we confirmed that our room had a plunge pool. When I emailed afterward to confirm this, I was told I did not book a room with a private pool. Seemed very sketchy.
On our final night, a local celebrity had a concert. There was nowhere to escape the noise and sleep and our family had to stay awake all night. This would have been ok however, we had a long drive ahead of us the next day and was putting us in danger.
Otherwise - I would have rated this between a 4 and 5.

Unfriendly staff at Bohemian and Nazar beach. We got to the beach and the woman at the beach front desk said it was full. When I turned and she saw my louis vuitton bag and all of a sudden she called me back and said there was room. This is my second year there and the following year was the same. They only want to help you if you are someone or look like someone who is going to spend money. Bad service, rude treatment.
Too bad in such a nice place that the staff are so rude, the owners don't seem to care either! Choose a beach at the beginning of the beach instead of further in. Such bad treatment every year!
