Booked for a get away weekend that was near to Salisbury as my partner had never been and was keen to visit the Cathedral (not for religious reasons but the fact it has the Worlds oldest working Clock) Stonehenge is close by but we had both visited there before so it wasn't on our agenda. You get a feeling as...

My wife and I stayed at the hotel whilst attending a charity event in Salisbury. We had booked a small size room but what we had was not a broome cupboard size at all. In fact everything was incredible. The room, the staff, and the next day breakfast were all way beyond our expectations. Next time we are down this...

The staff were professional and friendly. The interior was a mixture of comfortable furniture and gave the feel of a country house and not a hotel. The room was a pleasure to be in with a large bed and good quality bedding. The food both at breakfast and dinner was delicious.

We chose the Pembroke Arms in the summer as it was roughly half-way to our destination in Cornwall and repeated the journey in January. On both occasions we were warmly welcomed, stayed in beautiful rooms and enjoyed delicious dinners and breakfasts. The furnishing are traditional and of high quality and the service is polite, efficient and friendly. Salisbury is very...

My husband and I stayed at this lovely hotel on Saturday night after finding it on Trip Advisor. We felt so welcome from the moment we arrived. The building itself is beautiful and in a great location opposite Wilton House. We stayed in room 3 which I think other reviewers have criticised because it's small. As it is advertised as...

I visited the restaurant of the hotel for the first time and had breakfast. Service is second to none it really is, I can't fault it. The room was very pleasant with all cold items neatly presented on a table in the centre of the room. The choice of food was good and everything was of good quality and very...

There are so many good things to say about our one night stay and dinner at the Pembroke Arms but here are a few. Room 8 was a large double with a big bathroom at the front of the hotel. Effective secondary glazing meant no traffic noise, the bed was huge and supremely comfortable and there were good tea/coffee making...

Room 6. Comfortable, peaceful and nice and warm. Breakfast excellent and evening meals the same. All the staff we encountered were very nice and pleasant. A great sense of history is at this hotel. Will certainly go back again.
