We arrived late to a warm welcome and a crisply clean and inviting room, perfectly appointed with a mix of old world charm and modern amenities. Breakfast and the surroundings did not disappoint. The food was fresh and well-prepared, the service kind and friendly. If we can manage another visit to this area anytime soon, we'll return here, no doubt....

The attached restaurant and pub are excellent. The restaurant's menu offering was very good, as was the service. The pub has a relaxed atmosphere: perfect for a pint or two after sightseeing Stonehenge and Salisbury.

Great review, thank you. We are handy for Stonehenge and Salisbury along with other attractions a little further away such as: Bath, Winchester and the New Forest.

This is one lovely boutique hotel only 10 minute drive from Salisbury and Stonehenge. The rooms are elegant with classic decor. We had the room number 2 on the second floor and we loved it. One great feature is the window insulation. You literally can't hear anything, despite the hotel being located on the side of the road. The restaurant...

Having just written my column for The Stage about how all filming accommodation these days seems to be Premier Inn or Jury’s Inn, it's a delight on a Thursday evening to be taken down by car from London to the little village of Wilton in Wiltshire and to be accommodated for one night in this charming hotel, The Pembroke arms....

We were delighted with our overnight stay at the Pembroke Arms and will definitely try to repeat the experience. It is rare to find a coffee maker with ground coffee in the room also a docking station for the iPod! The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was warm with easily controlled reverse air heating. My husband was very...

Spent a very pleasant Friday night here. The hotel has fantastic character, the period rooms add to the atmosphere you feel like you have stepped back in time. Beautiful bedrooms all in keeping with the character. Staff were friendly and very helpfull. Very good menu and the food was good quality with a fresh cooked English Breakfast in the morning...

This hotel was chosen as a central meeting place for a family birthday meal. We all had items from the lunchtime set menu. Although the choice was quite limited, the portions were generous and the food well cooked. Very good value for money at £15 for three courses. Service was attentive and friendly. An enjoyable day out.
