The hotel is enjoyable, located in a large and quiet park. The room was conformable with a huge bed and well equipped. The service was good as well. What seemed to be a little bit strange to me is that I had to ask for the bathrobe and the for the mini bar. And unfortunately, with the bathrobe, we didn't...

Lovely hotel for a getaway, we decided to spent the weekend at this hotel . bathroom in the room is a real treat and the bubbles at breakfast finished it all off . we will definately visit this hotel again.

Booked the Botticelli suite for a one-night getaway. Our only disappointment was having to leave in the morning. Surprised with a lovely fruit platter in our suite and a bottle of Cava with turndown service. Room itself is FANTASTIC! Grand entrance, beautiful private terrace and fabulous bathroom!! Bed was heavenly! Room was ready at 2pm and checkin was a breeze...

Fabulous hotel, lovely staff, fine dining. The rooms are very nice even though we had the least expensive. We had an attractive balcony overlooking the gardens. The hotel is very elegant and beautifully decorated, but not at all stuffy. The staff were very nice, particularly the head waiter who was most pleasant and helpful. The food was divine, the best...

Very good food, service, location. Quiet... Upgrade to deluxe castle room worthwhile for the bath with bubbles and the large rain shower. The arrangement including 2 dinners was also a plus. Food and service were above expectation. Aachen and surrounding countryside are both nearby.

We choose this hotel because it was in between the place we came from in Belgium and our destination in the Eifelarea in Germany. We liked the overall look and feel of this hotel, outside and inside, and it didn't disappoint. Although we stayed in de newer (and cheaper) annex and not in de castle itself, we liked our spacious...

Stayed in this hotel one night in early September. We were upgraded but the room was large and extremely well appointed with an excellent view across a well landscaped and extremely attractive garden. We also ate in the hotel restaurant and managed to find the bar and all services including reception were friendly and professional.

The Hotel is at the border to Germany (Aachen). I really had a great time, I liked everything. Special rooms, good food, a nice park, very friendly staff. It is also a good place if you have to stay in Aachen. I also highly recommend to have lunch or dinner in the hotel. Will definitively come back! :-)
