Needless to say this hotel is very friendly for the Pet, they have dog sitter if you need, they have specilzed person who know how to train/advise for your dog as well. Room is big enough space, breakfast is very good with a cozy comfortable place. The Manager is super nice who can speak English as well, she is cheerful, humble and thoughtful for the guests. The only one thing is you need to find a car park as the hotel is really at center they don't have private car park, but have public carpark just infornt of the door. For the location, its belong in a center & clsoe the high way, so very easy & qucik go everywhere. Because my stayed was cross on New Year Eve, I have to give compliment that they leave a table for hotel guest to ensure & standby if everywhere fully booked, thats really thoughtful indeeded, for the food qualityis normal as they don't charge much, wine & Prosecco are free to refill, the guests had happy & pleasant countdown with a music live band. Just one thing at last, if you need to drink in room, please bring your own kettle.

We stayed three nights and really enjoyed the hotel: the common areas are really nicely kept, with wood furniture and typical decorations. The room was comfortable. The location is pretty good, in the main square of the little town, with shops steps away and lovely mountain view from the room windows. Very handy for both alpine and cross-country ski destinations (Sappada, Padula, Monte Elmo, Tre Cime). We reccome d visiting the near town of San Candido. Ask the reception for excursion tips, they suggested us several itineraries and a great panoramic walk to Mlaga Alpe Neves. We booked a only-breakfast formula but ate at the hotel restaurant the last night and regretted not having eaten there before: delicious local food and" cosy athmosphere! Breakfast is also very good, with a buffet of home made local pastries. Although the hotel has no parking space, we have always found a spot in the free parking area in front of it. Very good quality/price choice, we do recommend!

Lovely family run hotel in the centre of town. Spotlessly clean, spacious rooms, big bathroom, comfortable bed, quiet hotel and lovely breakfast. Very warm and friendly atmosphere. Owners couldn't do enough for us. There is a cafe and restaurant onsite which offers magnificent home cooked meals and cakes. We couldn't recommend this hotel more highly and hope to return one day. Fantastic!
