Good enough if you try not to be fussy. The worst thing were the stains on the fitted carpets, both inside and outside the apartments. Otherwise the furniture, appliances and tiles were clean enough. We noticed that the fitted carpets in some corridors are being...More
This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and I have travelled the world. Sold as an 'appart' - I was under the impression it would have a small lounge/kitchen area and a bedroom. The room was tiny. The 'twin' consisted of a...More

I have booked two apartments. My question is about the surrounding area; sometimes I wake up before the others and like to go for a 45minute walk. Is it nice to walk in the vicinity of the aparthotel? (I understand it is rather far to go to Annecy and back again in 1hour)

Annecy is only about 1km from the hotel complex, however, the pretty part (i.e. the river) is slightly further. 1 hour should give you a good walk, but much of Annecy is typical French town, the tourist shots are selective!
