No restaurant no Bar only very limited selection of cold food and a microwave in your room that made the correct, noises but never got the food hot. on a good note, the coffee machine was very good. and the rooms are fairly comfortable but surprisingly, no rubbish bin. Don’t know what they expect to do with your rubbish.
Place is full of mosquitoes in the middle of nowhere but they advertise it as only 15 mis away from Barcelona. You are actually 15 minutes walking from the metro station, then there’s another 45 minutes ride to get to the city. We spent 3 days killing mosquitoes at night , unable to sleep. Had so Many mosquitoes bites it was ridiculous and they won’t spray because “people allergies “. Room door had to be open by the personnel because keys won’t work. Sheets had old blood from what I can only assume other guests mosquito bites. Awful experience.
Considering the current time we live, it's nice to find a place where they give you the upper lever room with more space to have dinner inside as all restaurants are closed at night due to Covid. Well located if you have a car with a surrounding green landscape swimming pool and nice facilities. Free coffee at the lobby! Great! Thank you.
Decent hotel in the outskirts of Sant Cugat. It's mainly for business-travelers. It's a 10 minute drive to the centre of Sant Cugat and a 30-minute ride by subway to Barcelona city centre. Rooms were fine; spacious, clean and comfy bed. Shower could have been better (very low water pressure). There's not much to get at the hotel in terms of food and dinner, so best you go out to Sant Cugat or Barcelona. We had a decent sized fridge in the room so we could store some drinks and items for breakfast in the room, luckily. The whole area around the hotel and the hotel itself is not very atmospheric. If you're going there for business purposes, it's fine. If not, better pick a place closer to the city buzz. Staff was friendly and overall price quality is decent.
A little bit disappointed by this hotel which tries to be but only a 2 stars one . If you need toilet paper go by yourself in the basement to find it.. it was told to me... If you are looking for an hotel 3 stars and more it is not your hotel, but a simple hotel for a one night holiday break road trip
This is one of the best affordable accommodations for a visit to Barcelona. The rooms are clean and spacious. We had a room with a bedroom and guest room with sleeper couch. The balcony is also convenient, especially if you like to dry your swim wear after a visit to the pool. The pool was always open until 9 pm. The breakfast is really great, with variety of food selections and drinks. Although we never had dinner at the restaurant, I saw their dinner menus were great and affordable. The terrace at the restaurant has a great view to the mountains. The distance to Barcelona: about 20-25 minutes, to the airport - the same. The distance to Sant Cugat is about 15 mins. Go to El Mercat for dinner. You won’t regret it. Fresh seafood! The staff was very cordial and helpful. This is the hotel we will be definitely returning to on our next visit to Barcelona.…
We were looking for a convenient hotel around Barcelona to spend one night as a family of 3 before driving off. Overall we were happy with our short stay: the junior suite was good as it provided us with two separate bedrooms for ourselves and adolescent boy to sleep separately, the room was modern, clean and comfortable, and the hotel was conveniently located away from center city with free parking (yet only a 10min drive to the city to access the great restaurants there). Some room for improvement would be: air conditioning only in the main room of the suite (not in bedroom) - we had to open the window at night a bit to get some air, and for breakfast it would have been great to get fresh coffee (it was a machine).
We made reservations for two nights, the first night in superior room and the second was in standard room because the superior rooms were not available but surprisingly the superior room was juste the same as the standard room with difference of swimming pool view. The staff is too unprofessional to know that they are the same room. Let’s move to the worst part! We made the reservation so we can have some time in swimming pool but when we arrived they told us sorry the swimming pool is closed for make controls.we told them normally you should inform the guest when they make the reservation. The next day we had to wait until 11 of monring for they open the swimming pool which was so dirty they didn’t even make the effort to clean it was full of dead insects, plants and random wierd things. The rooms are missing spoons and plates but there is microwave you should bring you own spoon from home 😡 . The receptionist is very unfriendly and far to be professional . I will never go back again to this hotel they make me waist my money and time and ruin my little holiday. And i hope they hire more professional people and be better to their guest!…
We stayed for two days from 17 May to 19 May. It's a well spread property with large parking. Though it's far away from city the surrounding is very pleasant. It's a medium size hotel with clean room and bathroom. Room is with large window with good view. Breakfast is elaborate in a separate building. Overall it was a good experience.
Very clean hotel and reasonably priced. However the most important feature lacking is a proper bar, restaurant and lounge area. WHICH HOTEL HAS A BAR THAT IS CLOSED ON THE WEEKENDS??????? SERIOUSLY???? And the hotel is not in the centre so MAKES IT VERY DIFFICULT FOR GUESTS TO GET AROUND
