Terrible stay. Water leaking in the room from the shower from the room above us (we assume), right on the luggage closet. Had just time to move everything away. Went with a video to the reception at check out which didn't care at all. Didn't write anything down, didn't ask if if luggage was ok. "Rest" is fine... Most importantly the beds were extremely comfortable which in my view is the only thing an hotel has to get right which this hotel does. The location is ok but not great but ok. Worth mentioning too was that the staff were very friendly and that there is a good breakfast buffet

Very nice hotel. Conveniently located close to the train station and a 20 minute walk from the monastery. The personnel is absolutely helpful and friendly ( dayshift as well as Night Shift). Easy access and free car park. Very clean bedrooms. I will definitely go back to this hotel, And to Cap it all the price is great.

Traveling by car my wife and I stopped here a couple of nights for the convenience of parking and proximity to Barcelona. Very clean hotel, friendly staff and super breakfast! Furthermore Sant Cugat is a place that deserves at least a visit, pleasant surprise.

I stayed here on a work trip, and normally have quite a high tolerance but find this stay very frustrating given the €290 price tag for two nights. - Bed is very firm and uncomfortable - No bathroom amenities (there is a shampoo dispenser in the shower and a dental kit, but no soap, lotion, etc) - Holes in the towels - Very small room - Room was non-smoking but did have a faint odor of smoke - the cleaning service cleaned my room, but didn’t remove the leftover food from dinner the night before, leaving the room smelling quite bad after a 30+ degree day - breakfast not included Pros: - Wi-fi is pretty good - Small mini fridge with water - nice shower/hot water - safe in room - food is available on premise

A nice modern hotel on Par with HI Express. Very clean nice rooms for the price Good WIFI through the hotel. Continental breakfast is good. Lots of free underground parking. The staff are very nice as well

Stayed here for 2 nights. It was clean and comfortable. The rain/waterfall setting in the shower was probably the highlight of my trip to Barcelona! 🤣 Staff was very friendly and accommodating and allowed us to check in at 3am when our delayed flight got in. Very nice area, seemed safe enough at night, and close to the rail station to take a train into Barcelona City.

We spent only one night at the hotel as we went to Barcelona for some business meetings. I really liked the room with the nice large bed, the windows with the good insulation against street noise and the full bath. I was especially surprised by the large breakfast buffet at a very low price. It ticked all the boxes. I found this place a really good alternative, albeit a bit far from the center, at a very good price. The staff was also very friendly.

travelled here for work, staying 2 nights, food is below average and most importantly there was no iron or ironing facilities, had to go to work with a massivley creased shirt. Would not stay here again!

At first I chose this hotel because of their convenient location. close to the station, close to the supermarket Mercadona, free parking. and now I come back to this hotel because they are the friendliest people. breakfast is good, they are helpful , I loved it and will come back again. thank you so much for your smiles.
