again we had a wonderful dining experience at Hotel Vinuela. i love the fish dishes there. The live music from a pianist completed a great dinner. I would recommend this restaurant to all visitors in the area.

We stayed at B Bou through the New Year and it was really nice. The rooms are well kept and very well sound proofed as even on New Years eve with the hotel packed it was very quite in the room. The restaurant is of very high quality and overall the service is great, however breakfast was a bit chaotic each day. We stayed for 6 nights so we did venture out to El Horno a restaurant a few minutes drive away to have a bit of variety. There is a lot to do close by as there are a lot of walking trails and bike trails outside the hotel entrance. We rented bikes which were delivered to the hotel, however this was a little frustrating since I had emailed the hotel in advance about renting bikes and they had said no problem however when we got there the bike rental people were away so we missed out on 2 days of biking. I would ask for the contact details from the hotel and organize on your own if you want bikes rather than rely on the hotel to do it. In addition, the Spa was very nice and one needed to rent the spa for 1.5 hours for a cost of €75 for 2 people. It seemed a little expensive but was very nice to have the whole spa to ourselves and was worth the price. The only gripe I have is the lack of amenities in the room. A coffee machine would have been nice, along with some drinks in the mini bar.

Mixed feelings about this hotel. + The location offers you amazing views + Swimming pool is very pleasant + Dinner was very good so congrats to the chef - Unfriendly staff they do need some customer service training for sure! - Room smelled cigarettes - Breakfast: chaotic service which made us so stressed as nothing was organised to give us a pleasant experience, table left uncleaned etc. food was average.

The hotel is situated in the middle of nature. You have the mountains with the white villages on one side and the stunning turquoise lake to the other and you can drive to the surrounding villages (1hr minimum). The hotel is extremely clean and there are signs around to remind guests to be mindful of the pandemic. The hotel room was gorgeous. Very spacious, clean and had a stunning view of the pool and lake. There is also a library which is great for those who need a quiet spot to sit and relax. Reception was also very welcoming. There were a few incidents where we requested a few things but it never happened. For example, we asked for an extra blanket but it never came and we just directly asked the housekeeper who was next to our room; we asked for an iron and they said that they'd look into it and get back to us but they never did; we asked for the same breakfast menu everyday but they forgot to place us in the restaurant the second day (the hotel was not that full, so there was a space for us) and they would forget my drink order every morning, even though they would ask for it the day before. The restaurant was wonderful. The tables were spaced out and cleaned thoroughly for the next guest. The waiters were extremely professional and hardworking. One night we did have dinner at the hotel and the pianist was exceptional!! However, we were surprised to see a €2 service charge per person on our bill at the end of the meal. Not something we were expecting to see. Overall, a great stay at a beautiful hotel!

Nice hotel, nice grounds and friendly staff. Rooms very basic, no room water, no refrigerator in the room and at first navigating the elevator and getting to pool is confusing. Restaurant is good, overall a clean hotel but little things matter....
