Our only problem was finding the place. We didn't have a correct address...or our gps didn't accept the address. Once our group of 11 arrived we had a lovely stay. The staff was understanding when we wanted to have a picnic outside and even provided some knives for our pate and cheese feast. Our dinner was their basic set menu...

Nice chateau hotel in very pleasant forest setting. We booked at the last minute with booking.com advertising a 25% reduction in price. When we arrived there was a corporate booking which took most of the rooms and the restaurant for the evening meal. It included classic sports cars provided for their employees for the weekend from a London cab, to...

A two-night stay in August. The chateau is small and perfectly-formed about two miles outside Chissy-en-Touraine. Be careful - there is a hospital next door with the same name and a bigger sign! Our room was very comfortable and well-furnished - my wife moaned that there was no mirror in the bedroom ...... Breakfast (not included in the price) was...

A lovely location and a well maintained hotel. A lovely pool and the bedrooms were neatly presented with crisp white bedding. A very pleasant stay with accommodating staff but British travellers be warned, as usual in France, breakfast was not included and at 14 euros a head, it made the night slightly more expensive than hoped!

Far from everything, the hotel doesn't have Wi fi in the bedrooms, no english speaker staff, a lot of stairs for our heavy luggage, old bedrooms. Although we had a nice breakfast, this chateau was far the worst hotel of our trip in France.

A beautiful chateau in the country side with lots of grounds to explore. Very simple gardens with the focus on the chateau. Our rooms had lots of space but were decorated poorly. They could have been so much more..!! A simple breakfast is provided and done well. Owner and staff were very nice but did not speak english. And easy...

We booked this last minute as a one night stop over travelling from the south of France back to the UK. We needed a place that accommodated dogs and what a fantastic place. The chateau is surrounded by acres of grounds, beautifully maintained with a duck pond, paths and nice swimming pool area. The hotel accommodation itself is very clean...

This hotel is brilliant. The design and cleanliness is excellent. The internet connection worked very good until 10 p.m and only to the reception. The staff are unfrendly. Cold water from the pool. They have good breakfast and decent rooms. and very comfortable prices.

A place to have lots of R&R in the woodlands of he Loire valley, not far from Amboise. Nice rooms and facilities, tennis, pool and grounds. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate, but we went chateu-seeing instead. You can only get breakfast at the chateau and that is a little inconvenient if you want to relax from car driving at...
