Mme Stoeckli was gracious and extremely accommodating, even though we arrived earlier in the day than we expected. She was extremely helpful and informative. We ended up taking the tram into downtown Strasbourg and throroughly enjoyed the adventure. Le Stoekli is, indeed, tucked away in a residential area in Schiltigheim, but the area is fairly easy to negotiate by car,...

As I sit here enjoying Agnes' wonderful honey, I am recalling all the pleasant things about our stay in Strasbourg for Christmas Markets. Agnes and Benoit made us feel so welcome and took such care in making sure we knew where to go, how to get there and shared their hobbies with us (Agnes is a beekeeper; Benoit an antique...

Had a wonderful stay at Le Stoeckli for 4 nights in November. Agnes and Benoit were great hosts, a lot of fun and couldn't do enough to make our stay so enjoyable. Our room was spotlessly clean, large, light and warm, tastefully decorated with good size bathroom, thick towels and lovely big shower with plenty of shelving and cupboard space....

We enjoyed four delightful nights with Agnes and Benoit. Every aspect of our stay was exceptional including the recommendation for lunch on Christmas Day, also the birthday of our daughter. So much better than any hotel, away from the crowds, yet just a few minutes by bus or bicycle into the centre of Strasbourg. And don't miss the local hotel...

This bed and breakfast much be one of the nicest we have been in. The house has plenty of room for the 4 of use, and the furniture is amazing, with lovely french antiques but also modern stylish bathrooms. Agnes was wonderful! She was so helpful - giving us loads of information about the area, including advice on transport and...

We enjoyed a wonderful 4-day stay at Stoeckli, beneficiaries of Agnes' warm hospitality. Her B&B is located in a neighborhood adjacent to Strasbourg central, an easy bus ride connects the two. The entire house is elegantly furnished in mid-century European style. Agnes' taste in furnishings is both original and understated. We stayed in the Yellow Room, a spacious, airy room...

I booked a short stay at Le Stoeckli B&B after being rather underwhelmed by various city centre hotels on recent trips to Strasbourg. It was definitely the right choice - the house is lovely and is very well equipped (including free wifi). It is in a residential suburb of Strasbourg, but only a short (10 min) walk to the tram...

We were in Strasbourg for just two nights but would have loved to stay longer. Even though Agnes was busy getting ready for a trip of her own, she took the time to pick us up and drop us off at the train station, make special French pastries for our morning breakfast and check in on us to make sure...

It is not difficult to see why this B&B is rated number 1 for Strasbourg because Agnes and Benoit were the perfect hosts. They took us to and from the train, gave us great advice about site seeing and restaurants, made us stunning breakfasts, including Agnes' home made honey and various jams and just made us feel at home. The...

About 10 minute tram ride into the centre. Stayed 3 nights here in June 2014 and didn't touch the car for the whole time. The accommodation is in a separate bungalow next to the home of Agnes who is very knowledgeable on train and bus times into Strasbourg and places to eat, also places to visit on the journey to...
