This hotel has lovely views across the lake, a swimming pool and garage. Staff are friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well maintained. I would recommend staying for an evening meal as the food was excellent. My only complaints were that it is on a busy road with no pavement and the WiFi was poor.

A very pleasant hotel overlooking Lake Como. The rooms are comfortable and many have a small balcony where you can sit and watch the sun set over the lake. We were on the second floor and rooms 201 - 204 overlooked the lake. The staff were very pleasant and evening meals were reasonably priced and very tasty.

Very nice 3 star hotel with garage! This was important while booking as there are very limited parking options around Lago di Como. They have offered the largest spot fr my station wagon car. Breakfast is ok, they even have a dinner option in the hotel, very good pasta and good wine selection! The water shuttle stops are very close... More

On arriving the front gardens are lovely with comfy seats and table and chairs outside, welcoming reception staff, basic clean rooms, small shower, beds and pillows not too good, we were 2nd floor with a lake view which was absolutely stunning, we could of sat on our small balcony our whole time there because of the views, breakfast very basic,... The sunrise on Lake Como is unforgettable, so get a room with a view (there are plenty). There is a good restaurant within the hotel, which is a good thing, considering that leaving the place on foot is a hazardous undertaking. A busy and narrow road with no sidewalk. Especially families with kids should not leave the place except in... More

I stayed one night as part of a Cosmo's tour, If your room has a balcony, then the stunning view alone justifies the stay! From the small balcony, you can see lake Como, mountains, just stunning. There are 2 small grocery stores 5 minutes walk from hotel, you can stock oranges and bottled water. Food quality is good and the... More

This hotel had one of the best views I have ever seen. We were on the 3rd floor and facing the lake. I just sat out on the balcony the whole morning being amazed be the view. From the church bells in the distance to the scenic view in front of me, I felt so good after this stay because... More

We stayed at the Lario with a Cosmos tour group. We had been on tour for about a week and were pleased that the hotel was the first to have air conditioning, a 110 volt U.S. electrical outlet, and a fully enclosed shower which could be used without getting water all over the floor. The AC was controlled at the... More

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights on a September 2015 Cosmos tour. Of all the hotels we stayed at on tour, this was the least memorable. The rooms were at best average by American standards, and the restaurant was definitely NOT an attraction. The dinners offered provided no choices (a Cosmos problem, perhaps) and were very bland, like... More

A small family run hotel luckily we had a lake view room which was nice. The room was clean and comfortable and the food was ok but not brilliant. Due to its location this is not the place to stay if you have mobility problems as there are some stretches of road with no pavements at all and the road... More
