This is an absolute dream of a hotel. The staff are absolutely wonderful, the food is brilliant, and there is a vast array of thing to do here that can even deter you from exploring the beautiful area of Italy its located in. Whether it be the Spa room, the swimming pool, the restaurant, the sitting area, the various outdoor spaces by the lake, it's got it all. Our room was very comfortable, clean and pleasant and we couldn't have enjoyed our time here more.

Very nice hotel, with big rooms and warm. Very clean and nice interior design. In the restaurant all was very nice again. They took all the measurements in respect with Covid 19. Is a pleasure to be guest here.

I spent one night in this beautiful resort and everything was perfect, definitely exceeding my expectations. From the moment you arrive, you can immediately feel the relaxing and peaceful atmosphere of this one of a kind place. There are many things to see and enjoy-a small museum right next to the hotel(visit is free of charge), watermills, beautiful garden, different animals,the Lambro river, wonderful pool, spa centre, very well equipped gym. Everything is perfectly clean and there are hand sanitizers all around the resort. They offer Sunday yoga classes for their guests(also free of charge). I have stayed in the hotel's annex building and my offer included one night, breakfast, late check out, one hour to spend in the spa centre, aperitif and a dinner for two which was definitely an incredible deal as what you receive is much more than what you pay for! The spa was small but modern and clean.I have appreciated Dammann Freres tea offered in tha spa centre and the soft Azzaro bathrobes provided! The restaurant is a classy and elegant place. The manager was extremely kind and professional. We have enjoyed super delicious vegetarian meals. What makes this place so special are the people working there. To put your heart into your work and not just doing what you have to because it's your job is exactly what the staff of this magnificent resort is doing and I might add that they are doing really a great job! Very special thanks to Marta, Serena, the manager of the restaurant and the Moroccan guy from the breakfast. One more big ''Thank you''to Marta who had seen that me and my sister were leaving the hotel on foot and took her car offering to drop us to the train station saying that we were their guests and that was absolutely unacceptable for her to let us walk even the station was so close... I think there are no words to describe this incredible gesture.Normally hotels don't do things like this unless they are asked for... Hardly could I ever receive this high level of attention in any other hotel in Italy or elsewhere. Highly recommended! Will be back there for sure hopefully for longer!…

This is a great place surrounded with a beautiful nature in a rural area. Rooms are clean and comfortable. People are very nice. Food is delicious. Hotel follows corona safety rules. Swimming pool and garden area are also clean and nice.

We stayed at the corazziere for 6 nights just after everything had re opened. Most of the staff were incredible and went out of their way to accommodate your requests. The river is a beautiful setting to have a nice breakfast every morning and the choice at breakfast was very good. We only ate dinner there once and whilst pricey and a lack of veggie options the dish was incredible! The pool is small but nice and clean and the gym is well equipped (no a/c in there). The hotel has a lot of nature trails and walks and also allows you to reserve bikes for free (we didnt make use of the bikes). There is a cool spot where you can do your own laundry for free and even a small kitchen where you can cook yourself a meal (if that floats your boat). Special mention to the reception staff who were all magnificent! We will miss the hotel and people!…

Beautiful location, excellent food , friendly and helpful staff. A great hotel for a cycling holiday with access to washing facilities,a pool and sauna.There was good storage for the bikes and snacks provided on return from our cycle.

Love this hotel. Great place in the beautiful countryside. Perfect location for cycling. Lovely and friendly staff. Amazing food with great selection at breakfast. Dinner at the restaurant it is just superb. Sauna and heated pool. Bike room to store your bike with all of the tools you need. Washing and drying machines. Just looking forward to go back!

Thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel, friendly staff, great food, accomodation was brilliant and catered for everything. Bar staff and reception were incredibly accommodating at all hours. Cyclists were able to have kits laundered ready for the next day - Major Bonus to have this free facility. Food available after each ride for all the riders that went down a treat. Heated pool and sauna available for much needed down time. Even the adults got to train the crocodile. Will definitely be back next year. A real hidden gem enabling you, friends or family to explore Lake Como..

We passed by this hotel for a drink and were thinking about maybe staying there as well. When we arrived we could charge our car at a Tesla charger. We asked the receptionist where we could just have a drink, she send us to the pool where another employee gave us a towel. We told him as well we only came for a drink but that was no problem. Didn’t use the pool, just sat down for a minute. The receptionist came up to us and told us that if we didn’t want to stay, we had to pay 30 euros for the use of the car charge!! Tesla chargers are always free and the power the charger had was only 2,7kWh so it would take us 15(!!) hours to completely charge our car. This 30E is a ridiculous amount! We told her that and agreed that we would take out the power after our drink and not pay the 30E. When we finished our drink, unplugged the car and went to the desk to pay for our drinks she told us we had to pay for the charge and even for our towels?!!! She never told we needed to pay for the towels, while she knew we only came for a drink. She could have sent us to the hotel bar instead of the pool, then we wouldn’t have had the issue with the towel, we didn’t even use... And suddenly we did need to pay for the carcharge? Very unsatisfied, very unfriendly and unclear about information by not telling about costs and being unfair after making an agreement about the carcharge. After all we have only been there for 30 minutes. Glad we didn’t stay longer.…

Dear Sir, first of all we’d like to mention the fact that your review is unfair since you haven’t experienced the stay in our Rural Resort. You've never slept here, never booked a room, you just tried to recharge you electric car for free with the excuse of watching our Property. In your review you didn’t mention two important things: 1) when you entered our property the first thing you did was putting the power in the Tesla charger without asking for conditions and permissions first at the Front Desk. We kindly informed you that the pool bar was open, since we always try to be helpful with everybody, and then we verified if you had a reservation. According to our business policy, Tesla charge is reserved to hotel guests and if you are not one of those we must charge you a lump sum for the service offered. Kindly be informed that Tesla’s prices vary in time and according to charging stations, as indicated on their official website. 2) Moreover you didn’t mentioned that, when you came to settle the drinks, after chilling for more than half an hour enjoying beer and wine, you started arguing in a very aggressive way so that we decided to let you go without paying anything, not even the drinks! We are deeply sorry in reading your words, since we do our best in order to satisfy the needs of your guests and potential ones, however we usually deal with guests with a more transparent approach. We go to this magical place every year. Still the best hotel & restaurant in the region. Big family rooms available. The hotel is very stylish but also child friendly. Great new pool with bar. We will come back next year for sure.
