We got a room exactly as we required, including late check out. Our welcome from Helen Hagan, as always, was the warmest - she is a shining example of a good ambassador for the hotel! (Or should that be "ambassadress"?)

Just back from staying in this hotel, very dissapointed in the service we received, we were not made to feel welcome what so ever on check-in. The prices in the bar were crazy. Generally a very cold hotel with no atmosphere.
