The food portions was very small, but very tasty. Staff were amazing and could not do enough. I definitely wont be in a rush back to book a meal. Breakfast in the morning wasn't anything special, more like a school cafe than a 4 star hotel......my advise stay in bed and have brunch in the village.

Dear Cosmopolitan69499, Thank you for your lovely feedback regarding our team here. Their genuine service and passion is something we're really proud of and they certainly lead by example! I've passed your comments to our Executive head chef regarding the portion sizes and breakfast for his review. He will certainly be pleased to hear your dinner was tasty though! We do hope you'll visit again soon. Kind regards, Shane Operations Manager

I stayed here with my partner in late December. When we booked I rang and asked if they had vegan options in the bar and for breakfast for myself. I was assured there would be vegan options available and they’d leave a note on the booking also for breakfast. When we arrived to dinner there was a vegan dessert but no vegan mains or starters. At breakfast the next morning they had no dairy free butter or yoghurt and the only vegan option was beans and dry toast and plain fruit. Very disappointing given I was assured they catered for vegans. The whole food experience ruined the stay. I emailed the hotel following the stay and they never responded.

Service was very slow Start to finish unfortunately, left waiting alot to order food and drinks. It was very disappointing as we expected it to be good considering its food prices and it didn't seem to busy for staff not to be attentive.

Dear LisaShannon086, We're very apologetic that our service standards didn't live up to your expectations. We're consistently reviewing our steps of service and how we operate, along with a newly launched training plan. Thankfully, the worst of the challenging period seems to be behind us which will allow us to grow and move forward as a team. We do hope you'll return to us sometime soon in the future and we'll endeavor to provide the level of service our guests deserve. Thank you for reaching out, Shane. Operations Manager.
