Had a fabulous stay with the girls. Room was lovely and spacious, treatments were excellent and the food was delicious. Highly recommend coming here and we'll definitely be back. Thanks to all the staff and management
Stayed here last Saturday night the 28th with a couple of friends. Check in was good, room was lovely and had a gorgeous anti stress massage from the lovely Anna. Spa is fantastic. We then had dinner in the Ivy, food was exceptional and staff were very attentive. We finished off our evening in the bar with great live music. Would highly recommend this hotel. Everything was 10/10. Thanks for a lovely stay.
Simply perfect 2 night stay with my daughter. We enjoyed great food and such friendly service nothing was a problem!! The entrance is very impressive, a long driveway up to the hotel through fabulous gardens. From check-in to departure everything was spotlessly clean and so comfortable. We slept so well!!
I wanted to book a double room for this weekend. So I drove to Dunboyne Castle hotel and went to reception where 2 ladies were on duty . They told me that they could or would not check availability at reception and advised me to go away and check on the internet. So thanks Ladies I did go away and I won’t be back great customer service 😡
A big thank you to Patty and Lauren on the reception desk for all their help, they couldn't of been more helpful when we arrived on the wrong date. 🤣 All the staff were simply wonderful and we would reccomend this hotel again. Thanks also to Niamh as we checked out.
Warmer welcome. Efficient check in. Glorious anti stress massage in seoid Spa followed by use of relaxation room and thermal spa. Food is exceptional. Live entertainment and delicious cocktails. Excellent customer service across all areas. Flawless.
What a wonderful stay from the spa to the Ivy restaurant everything was superb, the staff at reception especially Niamh was so lovely and helpful can’t do enough, food was gorgeous In the I’ve restaurant and had the nices sleep in the beds
My wife and I have stayed here many times. Over the past few years I think there is noticeable decline on the up-keep of the SPA area, unfortunately it is still showing wear and tear with several features and service not working. I will look elsewhere for the next weekend away from the kids.
We had a fabulous stay at the hotel, the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the receptionist Niamh, who was just brilliant. She was so professional and efficient, she chatted with us like we were old friends and had us in stitches from the moment we walked in !! She couldn't have been more helpful and every time we saw her during our stay she addressed us by our first names and took a few minutes to check we were enjoying our stay. The Food was amazing and service was impeccable.
We usually stay in an executive room but this time just opted for a double and to be honest the double was good enough. Big comfy bed and a TV and a bathroom with separate bath and shower which was great. We went to the spa which was great as always - only issue is i wish they would enforce the "relaxation area" as a relaxation area - that part was ruined by two old women talking loudly about how handsome their massage guy was ! Hotel was spotlessly clean as always and staff great. We don't eat in the Ivy as we don't like the menu but the Sadlier bar was amazing as always. They brought the wrong order down to me and I had to wait a while but to be honest things like that don't really bother me these things happen. Food tasted lovely. My only real gripe is same as always - they really REALLY don't cater for vegetarians here. No choices at all at breakfast and very few throughout the hotel. But small complaints - love this place and we will be back for sure in the near future ! …
