We came to this hotel intending to stay only one night, but we liked it so much, we stayed a second night as well. There are a couple of negative points to deal with, but even these didn't detract from our enjoyment: car parking is a serious issue at this hotel. If there are more than a few guests, you...

We spent our family winter holiday at this unique hotel. Our family have lots of experience visiting different winter hotels across Bulgarian ski resorts as well as Austrian and Italian Alps. I could say that this hotel exceeded our expectations. The hotel has one of the best furnishing I have ever seen. Once you get in you step on a...

We stayed there 4 day this Christmas. Excellent hotel. Very friendly and polite staff. Nice interior. There is good SPA area. Only 3 km to ski lift with free shuttle service. Beautiful nature. Very cute historical village. Hot recommendations for all seasons stay!

Great hotel in the heart of the Rodopi mountain, the friendliest staff ever, hardly recommend for a stay with children. Even during a snow storm and being left 2 days without electricity, we've been feeling great and very much welcome... My friends go there very often, including for ski, and they're very pleased every time... Having a swimming pool wil...

Exellent place for relaxing or exploring the mountains around(caves, skiing, trekking etc). A hotel that is really example of value for money experience. In truth, somewhere west of Bulgaria you will be charged triple figures in euro. The bathroom is enourmous,TV sets are 42 inches and its cosy.A lot. Most of all, people who worked there make the difference;you can not mistake a well prepared personel,smiles...

I strongly recommend this hotel. Excellent service, exceptional nature and affordable prices. The rooms have a view to the beautiful mountains. They are very clean and enormous. They are equipped with all necessary cosmetics. The hotel in my opinion deserves five stars but I guess the lack of a swimming pool is the reason for the four stars. Nevertheless, it...

One of the best hotels I have ever enjoyed! Very, very clean, beautifully situated in the Rodopa mountains, so the air is crystal clean and smells of forest, spacious luxurious apartments and rooms, extremely friendly service, great fresh food... Has shuttle to the ski lifts in winter. The softest bed in the world!

We have just got back from a lovely weekend at Shiroka Luca, to see the festival there. We decided to stay at the Shiroka Luca hotel as we had been there to lunch before. We booked a grand suite as the prices were so reasonable. The room was enormous and had no less than two seating areas, and a good...

“Avoid the 300-numbered rooms clustered around the reception area and lobby, as they will be very noisy when the hotel is busy.”

“The rooms with view to the whole village are preferable. The standard double room is quite spacious and cosy. You may go for a studio/apartment if you would stay most of the time in a hotel room or in case you have kids.”
