A friendly reception where nothing was too much trouble. I instantly obtained an ironing board and told how to order a taxi. Room and bathroom were clean with pleasant view over the gardens. Only 15mins to city.

Stayed here for one night when visiting the open day at University of Leeds. Free parking was really useful and walk to the Uni took about 30-40 minutes. Staff were helpful and room was exactly as we expected.
This was my second visit to the Ascot Grange Hotel. Ideal if your visiting Leeds with a car as there's lots of free parking.
