This was very cool. We stayed the night in the Castle in some of the most beautiful and secluded area of Scotland. The Castle only has 20 rooms all with a theme and it was magical. I would definitely get dinner as there is no where for miles to get something. Diner was an experience all in it self. Everyone...

I had visited dalmunzies about 20 years ago at new year with my family . We all decided we loved the hotel as it was family run and very friendly and decided in January that we would like to return this new year. I booked for 8 of us to stay in May of this year but to my horror...

We had stayed here with friends several years ago & had an amazing time so when I saw a 5pm deal we decided to go ourselves. We received a confirmation email & I sent back a reply that I had a wheat intolerance which on arrival the receptionist confirmed. I felt quite relieved as I had thought of phoning before...

Dalmunzie castle hotel is set in spectacular scenery and an oasis of calm. The food in the main dinning room was fine dinning and excellent. There was also bar meals available and which were basic but good. It would have been nice if they also had an alternate menu in the dinning room. The staff in the hotel were great...

This is a beautiful old hotel in lovely surroundings. The staff are friendly and helpful. However, it is in desperate need of investment. We booked this for a special birthday and it was so disappointing. The room was £185 per night for BB and it was not worth the price, it could be with some effort. The room had been...

Located a twisty, turny hours drive from Pitlochry, the hotel is quite isolated so taking the dinner, bed and breakfast option is probably wise. Staff offer a friendly welcome and the public areas are cosy and warm. Our MacRitchie Room was spacious, comfortable and pleasantly decorated with four poster bed, a sofa, writing desk and chairs, plus an Ensuite bathroom....

This is one of our favourite places to stay and I've stayed here countless times over a great many years. As a result I've therefore seen it through many of it's ups and downs. It remains a charming old Scottish House in quite one of the most stunning settings you can imagine. You can walk for ever, play golf on...

Bills itself as a luxury destination, with a price to match - but its far from it! It could be lovely - the setting certainly is, and the walks are great (as is the fact that its dog friendly). However, the building is in desperate need of updating and redecorating, meaning the feel is shabby without the chic, and in...

Bit of a disappointment, particularly the £50 dinner (per person), which was ho-hum for the price (not to mention the maddening Frank Sinatra CD on repeat). The room was sweet, but it just wasn't that special for the price. Nice staff, lovely soaps, too bad.
