Stopped here for 2 nights room 48 the room was very clean with a comfortable double bed. The only bad point was that when people walk around in the rooms above it makes a load of noise due to squeaky floorboards.

Visited the above for our annual Xmas eve meal, 4th year and it's always been excellent. This year though not got the basic right. Met on arrival at 5.30pm shown to our table, drink order captured so far so good. Drinks delivered. No show on the food order 25 mins in I had to ask for the order to be...

Arrived into an Oven. Thankfully large patio doors allowed fresh air to circulate a mild musky smelling room. Room and bed both large and comfortable. No bathroom amenities. Despite staying 2 nights room was not cleaned nor towels changed. Reception girls were excellent and professional. Despite having called and arranged in advance a lower floor room for my parents, when...

We are visiting friends in Towcester who often visit for The Crossroads for meals. We arrived Friday night and enjoyed a delicious two course meal with two pints of Directors Bitter and a bottle of wine for around £55! Really good food and service from everyone is friendly and efficient. Breakfast was equally delicious, freshly cooked and served hot. Janni...

Just what I wanted for a week long business trip. room was tidy and pretty clean, soundproofing was excellent, shower was hot & powerful. The only reasons I didn't give it 5 stars are 1) Bathroom decor is a bit tired - peeling paint and mould, 2) the smoke/heat detector went off if you left the bathroom door open for...

booked this hotel as a result of attending a training course in nearby Daventry, on pulling in to the hotel grounds my heart sank, it looked just like a delapidated old persons sheltered accomadation, booked in at reception which is in main building which looks like a recent refurb quite nice, collect keys and off to our rooms, separate building,...

Overall the accommodate was good and as expected for the amount of money paid, breakfast was great, and good for the children too! Only negative comment would be that they should advise you to book a table in the pub restaurant before you arrive if you wish to eat there, we couldn't get in on the Saturday night and as...

I stayed for two nights here. The decor was a bit tired. There were stains on the carpet. There was a dead beetle on a shelf which was there when I arrived and still there when I left. Dodgy flush on the toilet. Towels were off white. Bed was comfortable.

We stayed at Crossroads for our weekend visit to the NEC. Although about an hour away, transport links are good throughout the region. The parking outside the room was convenient, the room was warm and surprisingly spacious. The cleaners did a good job, only complaint the mirror light in the bathroom didn't work. Restaurant and bar very accessible. The selection...
