Loved staying in this hotel with our family - everything was first class. Both our rooms were clean and spacious. Front desk staff were very polite and acknowledged us each time on way to dining room etc. also rang our room shortly after arrival checking everything was to our liking. The dining room staff and chef were just the best...

We stayed here on a busy Friday night en route to a week's holiday in Snowdonia. Booked an estuary room, which was a good size, well furnished, spotlessly clean and provided everything we needed. The young gentleman receptionist was charming and made me feel really welcome on arrival, then rang the room 30 minutes later to check all was to...

Booked through secret escapes so had a luxury estuary view room. The setting is perfect, room on first impressions was amazing huge lounge with balcony overlooking the estuary. On closer inspection bedroom by comparison was small you could not open the wardrobe door fully because bedside table was in the way! Furniture in lounge area was very large 2 big...

We stayed 2 nights on a secret escapes break. The location is fabulous right on the river and the views so stunning we sat outside till sunset to take it all in - twice . The room was very spacious and well appointed too. The food was great - absolutely delicious - if pushed I would say a little overpriced...

Hotel was fine, breakfast OK Restaurant meal really in the evening was very poor and certainly not value for money Drinks order mixed up Staff not interested Food appeared to be warmed up from frozen. It's the only explanation for soft, wet prawns and soft tasteless lamb. The lady at the next table sent her chicken back twice as it...

Paid £190 for a superior room with marina view on 17 October 2015. Ended up right at the end of the building overlooking a car park and houses more than the marina while our friends paid less and got a very nice room on the other side of the building. When asking for a room with a better view the...

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to post your review of your recent stay with us. I have looked at your bookings and noticed one Room was booked directly with us, the other was booked through a 3rd part wed site, hence we were not aware of the two Rooms being connected. If we had of known this,...

Fantastic location luxurious room with a view across the estuary friendly helpful staff. We had a booking via secret escapes so the price was excellent for a Saturday night in an executive room with great views.

The hotel itself is excellent, reception, bar team and the friendliness of the staff also excellent. However, I found that the restaurant sadly in all ways let this hotel down. We booked our table on arrival, but they did not have the booking. We ordered wine when we ordered our food, but we had to ask three different members of...

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights - unfortunately for a funeral. But the hotel is luxury and the views amazing! Breakfast was great and cooked to order. We had time to use the indoor pool, sauna and steam room - all which was clean and great. The spread that was put on the funeral wake was afternoon tea and...
