Felbrigg Lodge in a unique small boutique hotel in North Norfolk (we are boutique not because of the modern minimalistic décor, but because we are one of a kind, we have an independent attitude and our clients are individualist too. We offer a unique guest experience)The hotel is not a typical one it has no long dark corridors where someone slams a door at 2am,or drops a shoe on the floor just when you have got to sleep. Nor does it have large empty reception rooms which look like an upmarket furniture warehouse which are only full on high days and holidays. We don't need them all our rooms are suites and have ample seating again not like most hotels that are so small you have to sit on the bed to be comfortable and watch telly. We are set in a beautiful woodland location where relaxation and peace are paramount. There are eight rooms set in the grounds which are all ground floor. The remaining two can be found in the main house on the first floor , the house also includes the small intimate restaurant that even when we are full you will never experience an extensive wait for your food. We now boast a small conservatory which overlooks the garden and babbling brook. As we are licensed you can relax and enjoy a drink, or a glass of wine. All rooms are individually styled 5 having recently been recently refurbished. We have a heated indoor swimming pool, and an outside hot tub. We endeavour to make exceptional friendly customer service our mission.

We had a one night break, enjoying long walks in the Felbrigg and Cromer area, either side of our relaxing and charming stay at Felbrigg Lodge Hotel. Among the things we thought made this hotel deserving of a good review were the friendliness, quirkiness, eclectic decor,

ah thank you, you have restoered my faith in what we do..... No we are not typical and we are not for everyone but we try our hardest to be different and to look after our guests as individuals and its all about what we can do for them not what they can do for us. Oh WOW we are clearly on a different spiritual level to you on all counts.......... and I can only appologise for not meeting your expectations. It is a shame you do not have the courage to write under your own name as I do not have anyone of the name of Karisma in my diary so do no know when , and in which Suite you stayed in.......as your experience is clearly not the same as many of our our other guests. We all, including my dedicated staff, bend over backwards to accommodate our guests needs and your comments are clearly not what Felbrigg Lodge is all about ., so again I can only apologise and will not insult you by offering you a free nights accommodation as you clearly think its a dreadful place and our energy is not on the same level as yours. I sincerely hope you find the courage in future to discuss your feelings (not in a confrontational way) but as one adult to another if you are unhappy and then maybe everyones energy and light will be truly lifted....as we will be able to help each other and learn how we could have changed your negative experience into a really positive one...and you could have joined the many returning guests that Felbrigg looks after throughout the year. We just spent a wonderful relaxing Friday night at Felbrigg Lodge. We stayed in the Walnut Suite, and couldn`t fault it. The room is lovely and spotlessly clean, the bed comfy, the bathroom beautiful. We swam in the pool which is like a warm bath, and went for a walk to

How you you spend time in the hot tub privately if others are there?
As there are only 11 units, there is plenty of time when the pool/ hotutb are empty and you can have some private time.
