Further to my previous answer, the hotel would be 3 miles from the station if you were driving as you would need to follow the one way system on the Pimbo Industrial Estate. On foot it is a lot closer. I would say easily walkable. If you come out of the station, turn left and walk over a road bridge, the Lancashire Manor is on the left. It is down a dip, so keep an eye out for it. There are some big detached houses on the main road, and the hotel is at the back of these. You can actually walk down this close of houses and access the hotel car park.
