We stayed in the saltings and the accommodation was of a very good standard. It was a family party and there were all ages. The downstairs rooms were great our older members and the games room was good fun for the younger ones. The location is quite remote so you need to take your food and drink with you. It's...

We stayed in The Saltings and Marsh View last weekend for my daughter's wedding. Wow - what a place ! There were 26 of us in total and we had the best weekend we could have hoped for. Cottages were spotlessly clean, all the bedrooms were a good size, beds all made up, towels supplied and the equipment in the...

Third Year we have stayed at Mocketts Farm. We book the Saltings and Marshview there are 21 of us. So easy to cook a full Christmas meal for this many as the houses are so well equipped. Everything you need. Loads of room for the children to run around and the games room great. Lovely walks and pub food very...

23 of us aged 6 months to late 60s rented The Saltings, Marsh View and Harriers Nest for a family week end together at the end of November. It was a good choice and worked well for us. Especially important was that the large sitting/eating/kitchen area at The Saltings enabled us to hang out and eat together. Only one minor...

As a 'Sheppey girl' originally I still visit often to see family and friends, it wasn't until recently that I heard about Mocketts Farm and that they are dog friendly. A party of 4 adults & 2 teens + dog had a wonderful stay at Fleet Lodge. If you know this part of Sheppey then you will know that it...

Booked several of the cottages for family who were attending a wedding. Family of eight adults and five children stayed in the Saltings. Absolutely fantastic for a family with small children. On one night we were able to have several people from each of the cottages in for a meal at the large table. The only suggestion we had,was it...

I don't even know where to start! We hired two cottages at the end of June for the night before & night of my wedding. We obviously had a lot of dealings with both the cottages & pub concerning all the ins & outs of the wedding. I found both Victoria & Kelci (wedding planner) to be incredibly professional. They...

On first look the properties looked lovely, however, once inside we found cobwebs on most of the windows - on the inside! Dead flies on the window sills, especially the kitchen of all places. Some areas had good facilities but the 'building' we were in was poor, 6 adults sharing one bathroom, all trying to get ready for a wedding...

Sorry to read your review - cobwebs are unacceptable, had you called me I would've come straight round to sort that. It is hard at this time of year RE flies when the windows are shut a lot of the time, but we would've been happy to sort it for you as that is not the usual cdstandard. The cottage...

We have been hiring Mocketts Farm once or twice a year for the last few years to run charity bereavement retreats. We searched high and low across the UK to find something that met our needs, and this is the only place that did; it comes with very cosy double bedrooms, welcoming open living room spaces, fully equipped kitchens, TVs...
