Room was comfortable enough but the welcome from host & hostess was appalling - rude, unhelpful, unpleasant - the worst welcome we've ever had in any B&B or hotel (and we've been in a few) Attitude was extremely unpleasant - no effort to be made welcome - major error was made in the booking which was blamed wrongly on us...

Booked online 7 days in advanceand clearly stated on email I would be arriving 9pm or later. Turned up only to find that there was nobody in,nobody answering phones or no contact details. Stood outside in February for 35 minutes and had to head to airport to book into a travel lodge. When I finally got somebody at the end...

We are not roylty but we weren't overwhelmed by the welcome. Breakfast sould be more imaginative and porrridge should be real oats. The rooms were absolutely spotless and of a very hugh standard. The Cleaner engaged better with clientele than the owners.

To get a reasonably priced stay for visiting Edinburgh, we reserved two rooms in this B&B in Inverkething. (We were travelling with 2 couples.) We are very glad for making this choice ! The B&B is only ca. 300 meters away from the railway station of Inverkeithing. The train takes you for 5£ return-ticket straight into the centre of Edinburgh....

The best B & B in the area, only 30 minutes away drive from Edinburgh! The owners are very nice, and the room is beautiful, everything new and clean! and breakfast .... spectacular! Everything was great and generous portions, a real scottish breakfast, bacon, eggs, beans, jam, fresh fruit ... so you can not ask for more! In the evening,...

We had a fantastic 3 night stay at this lovely B&B. It was spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, peaceful. The breakfasts were amazing and in true scottish tradition the portions ensured you did not need to eat for the rest of the day!!. Our daughter who is 8 months pregnant had a really relaxing stay, and was looked after very well....

Four happy nights with comfort ,hospitality and good food -an ideal spot for touring Fife of travelling by train to Edinburgh. Not to be missed if you are close by.
