The Passage House is set near a nature reserve, but is very convenient to reach from the main road. A great location in good weather. I haven't eaten there, but the accommodation represents good value, and the staff are cheerful and efficient

We have stayed here several times now and love it. The location and view are amazing & the hotel has such a relaxing atmosphere. The sunny conservatory & terrace area are lovely. A perfect base for exploring Devon.

I agree with Janes answer. Continental Breakfast is self service and eggs etc can be ordered at same time as coffee and toast with your waiter.
Swimming pools/gyms etc are usually free if your staying in the hotels.
