Beautiful location, efficient check-in, helpful staff, spacious rooms, room no 21 has obstructed views by a protruding roof above balcony, delicious food, excellent service in restaurant, pleasant pool area, quiet location - all in all, much to be recommended!

An amazing, unique location with incredible view. Peace and singing birds will be all around you. You may not enjoy the 5 mile ride on the dirt road, but if you drive slowly enough and look around frequently, you will be surprised the wildlife surrounding. Monkeys, tucans, falcons, etc... Stop by the first bridge to take a snapshot of the...

I have never been to a hotel like this one. It is located up in the hills about 25 minutes outside of La Fortuna. There are amazing views from every angle of the property. The hills are green and lush with pockets of mist hanging on them. It is very quiet. The best part is when you walk in your...

Perhaps we were just lucky, but when we were at Linda Vista in March, the volcano was erupting regularly, and the view from the Linda Vista hotel was great. We had asked for a room with a Volcano view when we booked - and indeed, we could lie in bed and watch the regular volcanic eruptions. And you also have...

The Linda Vista del Norte located in Arenal National Park is a hidden gem. The view of the volcano from our room was spectacular. We even slept with the doors open to our balcony so as to see the volcano all through the night. It's deep rumble had a majestic quality, and we felt humbled in its presence. The room...

The location would be a 5 were it not for the 6 miles of treacherous rocky road to get there. But once you arrive, once you step into the room and take in the view; it stops you in your tracks! The service was a little unenthusiastic at the front desk, but the service in the restaurant was good. The...

This hotel has the most unbelievable views of Arenal Volcano and Lake Arenal. The rooms themselves are okay, clean and a place to lay your head down. The complimentary breakfast is wonderful, bacon, eggs, toast, fresh fruit, fruit juice and coffee, what more could you ask for. The infinity pool has amazing views. We loved this place and definately will...

We have stayed in this hotel for 2 nights having a great view on the Arenal vulcano waiting for it to burst and have front row seats (....didn't happen). Neat rooms, bit old-fashioned as are the pool and restaurant. Location is perfect a lot more peaceful than la Fortuna. incredible but true, the poolbar blocks the vulcano view when sitting...
