Very good service, clean rooms, and nice family enviorment. Went there with all my family. Service included transportation and full service at "playa el agua". I was told a new administration was in charge. We also did full day to Coche island it was great place to relax and have fun.

I stayed here with my family. The rooms are falling apart and are very dirty. The second day of our stay the TV broke, we told reception but nothing happened even though we stayed for 5 long days. It is impossible to walk from the hotel to the beach. The people in reception have no idea of what's going on...

I have been there last august, terrible place, boring, dirty, no any service, no any maintenance of the rooms and equipments.......they said the Hotel is 400 from the see, so is 1,5 Km far away from wild beach with nothing and the way to go there is very dangerous, they can steal even your slip!!!. few staff venezuelan very nice...
