Comfy & eco-friendly cabinas, Vida Verde is the perfect oasis to stay in Playa Avellanas. Experience Jungle at the Beach along with style and refinement. Playa Avellanas is a small beach village, remote and quiet where you can experience Guanacaste off the beaten path! The beach is about 15 minutes walking distance and Tamarindo, the touristic center is located 30 minutes driving distance. We have two cabins for rent, each one of them is carefully designed to be unique with all the comfort you need. A/C, ceiling fans, hot water and Wifi will make your stay as easy as possible. Each cabin has a private bathroom and a small terrace overlooking the garden. El Rancho is your outdoor Kitchen, very well equipped! Both bungalows can accommodate up to 3 or 4 people, please let us know if you have a sleeping display preference. Experience our comfort zone where monkeys, birds and butterflies share our daily routine... quietness rules along with the beautiful songs of the surrounding nature.

This was the perfect little spot for our family to stay with some friends. It is close to the beach and has wildlife all around. Each day we had the howlers moving through. The outdoor kitchen is great and well equipped. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely recommendable! We even extended our stay because it was so nice! The two cabins at Vida Verde are with so much love for the detail and taste for design, recycled materials and local arts and very clean and new. The lovely hosts Camille and Pascal built them and the whole garden, the cabins and outside kitchen themselves (they are professional chefs so it’s perfectly equipped). There are two adorable friendly dogs Bubi and Coco.

The second leg of our Costa Rican holiday brought us to Playa Avellanas. Very easy to find this place if you use Waze (load directions up via wifi prior if you don't have cell service.) We were immediately greeted by Pascale. Showed us the property and led us to the cabin. Simply designed, thoughtful touches through out. Excellent AC and WIFI.

The place is very clean, well equiped and comfortable. Hosts are very welcoming. We enjoyed the proximity of the beach (15min by feet or 5 by car) and the breakfast in company of howler monkeys, birds, squirrels, lizards, cat and their lovely dog Buby ;)
