This hotel is full of Russian and German visitors. I am from Auatralia and I think I am the only English speaking person here. The food is very European but that's ok, there are lots of choice every day. This is not a chips everyday place but the food on offer has been very good so far. The staff are...

First of all hotel itself is quite cheap so dont expect extra standard for such a cheap price, you are paying for normal standard rooms, which are clean and for calm neighbourhood. Room which we head was quite spacious with sort of garden view, we were on ground floor so we were almost next to garden. bathroom was very small,...

We spend one week in this hotel. Stuff us friendly and the food is usual and correct. Close to the several beaches so that is a good point. Next to the main street where all the shops and tavern 's are so you don't need to walk long. Good and correct middle class stay.

We stayed at The Rethymno Viilage, Platanes (also called platanias) for 10 days after travelling from Chrispy World, Kolumbari. We used sixt car hire as they allowed us to collect in Agias Marinas and drop in Rhethymnon. The office there will take you to your hotel or collect from your hotel. The receptionist was very welcoming and had a lovely...

We stayed for 12 nights all inclusive. I had requested a sea view and an upper floor apartment but was allocated a ground floor with pool view, not the end of the world. Probably had something to do with the size of our party ie 4 in a room, a room being all it was. We had 4 beds in...

All in all, we spent a very pleasant one week in this hotel (a couple and a 1 year old baby). The food was excellent and abundant no matter if you arrived in the last 20 minutes before the kitchen's closure. The pool was cool, the water was clean. We cannot complain about the service either, the staff was helpful....

Recently returned from a stay at this hotel. What can I say, I do not know where to start to say that loved not say, well, there was nothing wrong. Generally everything is simple and monotonous, like a boarding house for the elderly. Quiet, calm, clean enough for a delicious and varied cuisine. On the first day of arrival a...

We had a very nice holiday at this hotel. It was a little basic but, all in all quite good. The room was large with a terrace/balcony set back from the pool. The bathroom or should I say shower room was a little small, but ok as it was just my partner and I. If you had a family of...

Nice, nice hotel.....Clean hotel with friendly staff. Good location, nice sandy beach is about 150 m from hotel. Food is excellent. Rethymno is about 6 km from this place and it is nice town with old fortress and old city, romantic.

Me, my mom and my aunt stayed here for 7 nights mid May 2012. It wasn't busy at all which worried us, but in the end it made the stay more enjoyable. The food was delicious. They served traditional Greek foods obviously, you don't come to Greece to eat burgers. The rooms and bathrooms weren't the best, but they were...
