Stayed only one night in order to visit the orangutan rehabilitation centre, which is a few yards away. Our room was basic but fine. Food and drink were reasonably priced and good quality. The lakeside setting was nice. All in all, it served the purpose well.

We spent three nights here and enjoyed our stay, Our chalet was fairly basic, but clean and perfectly comfortable. We were in the back corner (about five mins walk from the main building) so it was quite peaceful. The grounds, complete with the wooden walkways, are lovely - we had our closest encounter with a hornbill here. The staff were...

We made this trip up at last minute due to a cancellation of Lankayan island because of my wife's illness on day of departure for Lankayan. I dealt with Tasha on email/phone to cancel our Lankayan island trip 2 hours before leaving, I understood this was too late for a refund as it was such short notice. I expected to...

Having read what others have put and having stayed for three nights we were very happy with our stay. So coming from KL from a five star hotel. What are you looking for when you come here. rain forest, monkeys, wildlife, tranquility. Not download speeds or fine dining. Chalets are kept very clean, and have good ac. Location, it backs...

Stayed for two nights in March. Fantastic place, rooms are all individual lodges. Restaurant is well priced and food choice is limited but very tasty. Weather was great, very humid after it rains but otherwise manageable. Staff at this resort are fantastic. Best resort to stay at if planning to visit the orang utans as they are literally next door...

We did not stay here but we ate hear a couple of times because the food in the resort we stayed in did not meet our standards. We had lunch and dinner here and were very happy both times. We were quite happy with the attentive service as well. Wish we picked this resort for accommodations instead.

The location is ideal for visiting the Orangutan Rehab Center and the sun bears, as it's just a few minutes walk down the road. The setting is lovely - each room is its own stand-alone chalet, and the main lodge overlooking the water is great. The rooms themselves are spacious, have AC, and they did a good job trying to...

This resort is beautifully designed, from the entrance to the dining area and the rooms. My eyes enjoyed scanning the space because it was so lush and green. The rooms were also very spacious and private and had beautiful wood carvings featured. The food and drinks were great but I have to say the restaurant service was a bit slow....
