We stayed here for a few nights in a private room. Everything was great, my only complaint was that you couldn't have the light in the bathroom on at the same time as the hot water for the shower...so you could either shower inside in the dark, or use the outdoor shower (which was really nice in the daytime, just... I've stayed here for the last two nights in one of the 4 person dorms. The location is great, rooms are clean and well maintained, the staff are fantastic and very friendly, and the food is delicious.

Located very close to the Orangutan and Sun bear Sancuary, a 10 min walk max. 25 mins walk to the rainforest discover centre. We stayed in the dorm room which was perfect! Very quiet at the time too which was great! This place accommodates all types of budgets! Set out in a beautiful area. Food is fantastic and the staff... More

Very close to Orangutan and Sun Bear sanctuary ,about 15 minute walk , a slow walk especially in the heat of the Sun. Staying here gives opportunity to spend all day at Orangutans and Sun bears. Chalets a bit basic but perfectly adequate, outside shower is a great idea. Staff very attentive and helpful ,found resteraunt, basic but again, fine... More

Had a standard chalet for two nights. Peaceful, clean, modern. Bathroom is wet-room style but plenty of hot water and clean with shampoo etc provided. No wi-fi or TV on room, but not really expected at this location. Enjoy the ambience. The cafe serves great food for a reasonable price and free wi-fi available, so a bit of a meeting... More

We had a wonderful time at this little place. It is very chilled but the staff are so happy to help and very kind. Our room was basic but the bathroom was really cool and had an amazing view of the rainforest. The restaurant has wi-fi and you can sit there all day and drink and eat to your hearts... More

Stayed here for my final night of a two-month trip, and was underwhelmed in regards to the room. I'd stayed at a five star hotel for less than what it cost at Forest Edge, so I was expecting something really nice. There are cheaper places in the area that offer much nicer accommodation. The setting is beautiful though, as is... More

The accommodation was excellent although the bathroom only had cold water available for showering. The room had an aircon which was very effective. WiFi was available at the restaurant. The gardens and the walks through the adjacent rainforest were great. The one downside is that the dinner menu is priced in US$, the same as you would pay in MYR... More
