We arrived for a one night stay and were immediately welcomed and shown around and informed of all the facilities. Our room, the Colonel room, was a corner room overlooking the front garden and was very quiet. It contained a lovely seating area and table which we did use and was equipped with kettle and tea and coffee with biscuits....

The reviews on Tripadvisor prompted us to try this historic house on our way down to and from Somerset. We were not disappointed! Upgraded to a beautiful room on both occasions with the most comfortable of beds with a mix of old and new furnishings throughout adding to the charm. Extreamly large rooms with seating area and complimentary tea tray...

We booked to enjoy a dinner and a drink without having to drive afterwards. We arrived to find that we didn't have a dinner booking but luckily were squeezed into a late service. A few aperos later we found that dinner was worth the wait and we were left with a short jouney upstairs to our cozy room.

We chose Rollestone Manor for our annual family get together after reading reviews on Trip Advisor. It definitely ticked all the boxes for us. Bedrooms were all large, comfortably furnished with modern spotless bathrooms. We were particularly lucky with the weather and were able to take advantage of teas and coffee in the garden. Pre-dinner drinks can be taken in...

We stayed at Rollestone Manor to attend a wedding nearby. We stayed in the room names Colonel. You have to negotiate very narrow and steep stairs to the first floor. A nice big room with a lovely view out over the front of the house. We would like to have had dinner here but timings didn't allow. as the weather...

We choose to have a surprise birthday dinner for 7 and spend the night. The owners couldn't do enough for us, down to a delicious birthday cake. I'm vegan and my husband is vegetarian and we were accommodated cheerfully, with delicious food and even soy milk for our coffee. The carnivores were as happy with there meal as we were....

Can't add much more to what recent reviews have already said. Friendly and helpful. Steep stairs. Nice wave-at bathroom light, spacious bathroom. Good breakfast. Small negative: the complimentary shower gel (Aqua Viva) contains Methylisothiazolinone. Google said 27 mins to Salisbury, but it was closer to 17. Noticed there's a deal for exclusive use which may be interesting for family gatherings....

Stayed overnight at this 950 year old Manor House. A warm welcome on arrival and beautiful room overlooking the church and countryside. A good evening meal with a good menu choice. Comfy bed and quiet area to stay. A little traffic noise but nothing to disturb the countryside peace. A hearty breakfast with fresh fruit choice more than enough for...
