One of our best guesthouses during our 3 weeks in Sri Lanka. We had a beautiful panorama view in the rooms on the top level. The host is very kind and has a lot of good advices for tracking in Haputale, where to buy tea and how to travel to your next destination. We had a wonderful time and stayed...

Lovely place to stay in Haputale. The family are very welcoming and are prepared to go the extra mile to help you out. They arranged trips to Liptons Seat and bike rental. The food is amazing. The Sri Lankan Curries are the best I have had so far and all cooked by the hosts. The eggplant one is so good...

We stayed at the Awinco Rest Inn for four nights. Our room, top floor overlooking the A16 main road and railway line both connecting Haputale to Bandarawela, had stunning views across the the rolling hills covered in tea bushes and onwards to a mountaintop ridge beyond. Each morning we were met with a sea of mist which soon burnt off...

I called them, made a reservation on the 6th of December where Priyantha asked me to send an email. So I did. Never got a reply but today when I checked, no reservation has been made! Why the hell would you ask me to send you an email when you're saying you only make reservations over the phone?! USELESS!!!

There's no better guesthouse than this in Haputale. Location is quite a good, clean, many seating area. The best things are here, Breakfast with yogurt & honey!
