I recommend this for a place to rest if you are going to visit the Togean Islands. The place was just an average cottage, but they have bungalows on the very front of the beach. If you're going to visit Marina Cottage, I suggest you to call them earlier just to make sure so you can get the bungalow on... More

The area is really nice and they help you in organizing your ferry to Wakai BUT they just use their location to make money. The bungalows are not worth the prize at all - you don't have even a working shower and when you inform them it will take them an hour to fix it. At the end they even... More

Decent place to stop if you can't get to togean islands the same day as you arrive in Ampana. I stayed in standard room A and it had a fan and was relatively clean. The shower head was not working though and the towels were ragged. Also there is no blanket so you have to sleep without one, which is... More

Nice place, beautiful sunset, very close to the ferry to Togean Island, very helpful and knowledgeable tourist advisor (Edy) working there, who can arrange transport (boat, bus, plane), and tell you all about the Togean. Alas, the food................................. It gets very boring if you have more than one meal there. And the breakfast with plain pancakes did not make me... More

Traveling trough. They work together with sunset beach in togian so they knew I was coming, picked me up from the ferry. Comfortable stay with fairly good breakfast. Quiet and beautiful sunset view. People around speak English, which is not yet that common in the area. Eddy arranges everything you need or want to know for traveling around.

we booked deluxe room for 2 night bussiness trip stay. it's porch directly faced to open ocean, which is mesmerizing. the best spot for sunset i"d say. but the room (that i booked) wasn't quite nice. the air conditioner wasn't working. the floor quite sticky (perhaps because the salt from the sea) and the water for shower just didn't work.

The hotel is on the cost of the Tomini Bay, facing the sea. I stayed in bungalow no. 1 with a shower, on the beach. It's the most expensive room. There are cheaper rooms, located inside the hotel territory, no sea view, and as I understood, with different toilet/bathroom facilities. Mine was big and clean. No mosquito net but there... More

Marina Cottage has a few expensive bungalows facing the sea, but the more affordable ones are facing a parking lot. The latter do not have AC nor mosquito nets, so be prepared to bring your own net. Breakfast was very basic (coffee and a couple of plain pancakes without jam or honey).

We stayed at Marine Cottage for one day, waiting for a boat to Togean Islands. The place is nice, next to the sea, a bit outside of the city's center. The food is good and cheap. The tourist information guy was pretty useful to organize our trip to Togeans. But the room... We chose the superior one with cold shower... More

Located in a nice spot right near the boat to Bomba, the cabins are well appointed. However inside not so pretty. I paid extra for a room with a shower and regretted it. It's a cold water bucket shower which isn't worth an extra 100k IDR in my opinion !! My toilet wasn't clean and the whole room could have... More
