We arrive from Machynlleth via the 'top road' on bikes, having chosen Dyffryn for its proximity to the Sustrans route 8 cycle path. Hosts extremely welcoming, tea and cakes provided and they ferried us into Llanidloes to get a takeaway. Very friendly throughout stay. Nothing...More

Hotel description
A warm welcome awaits you at Dyffryn Glyn which has two double en-suite rooms and one twin room with private bathroom. Situated in beautiful countryside with wonderful views. You can enjoy excellent food and ample parking at Dyffryn which is ideally located for touring and exploring the Mid Wales countryside. Local attractions include walking, fishing, sailing, golfing and mountain biking. An hour's drive from the English Border makes it an ideal base for a short break. Discover the nearby Clywedog Reservoir, Hafren Forest, Elan Valley, Snowdonia National Park and the coast. Dyffryn is also situated on the Glyndwr's Way walk. An ideal stopping place to rest those weary legs!
