It is just what a family with small children (we've recently become one of those) needs: the place is surrounded by a nice pine forest, it is comfortable and safe (no traffic). All in all, very nice and comfortable apartments - clean, air-conditioned and plenty of hot water. There are some "design flaws" though. The air-conditioning device is in the "living room", meaning the cool air doesn't really reach the sleepin room; the real problem though is that it only works whith the door key in the slot - meaning one can't cool the apartment when away. With the late July stiffling heat that wa a problem. The kitchen stove is a coffee maker, really, but with some expertise, a decent pasta can be turned out.
One thumb up.

Clean, modern and comfortable apartements. Good bed.
Clean, warm sea, peaceful. beautiful nature.
Friendly staff, except at the reception desk; check in and out took a lot of time, no information what so ever was given about apartements or surroundings.
Kitchen in the appartement is not suitable for cooking, otherwise clean and nice furniture.
No wifi!!! (it is 2016, come on).

I made a reservation at booking.com which states total amount that I was supposed to pay, but the receptionist charged me extra tourist tax....

Nice apartements, but I encountered a huge problem at Zelena Punta. At booking.com it is written that check-out is until 11, while at the reception I was told it is 9. This may cause trouble. So wouldn't it be nice when these two parties would get in touch and finally establish the right time?

We tried to get drinks for more than 20 minutes which wouldn't be a problem if you don't have bar with 4 waiters for 12 tables. The offer is even poorer than 20 y ago - 1 0,5 l beer, no icecream, no menues for pizza or drinks... We would waited even more if my wife went to call waiter at the bar. They loose at least 50% revenue with this "I realy don't care" approach. It's a shame since they are located at beautiful beach full of pine forest shade. Example how not to do tourism, especially in COVID times.

The apartment complex is located in a beautiful pinewood forest. The apartment we had was in a good location next by the sea. Unit is solidly equipped, but TV and AC does not working. There was a lot of mold on the edge of the bath tub in the bathroom. The reception looks like in the most socialist times and also the friendliness of the staff is appropriate for those times as they did not want to give me another key (entry card) saying that it is against their rules? !!!?

We stayed there for 2 nights. When we first came it did'n look so good, there were some old and ugly apartments in front of us and i though-omg, i don't want to sleep here. Lucky for us, these apartments are not in function, they are old and they plan to renovate them. Our apartment, and all the others in function, was brand new. Very clean, totally equiped with plates, glasses, bowls, anythinhg you need for staying there. Location is really great, 50 meters from the sea. It has nice terrace, surrounding is really nice. We didn't eat at their restaurant so i can't say about it. As it was already september it was really peaceful and quite and not very crowded, we enjoyed it.

Apartments are housed in a beautiful large pine forest (over 35 years old) on the beach, crystal clear water with a stone beach ..... very comfortable accommodation in new apartments, well equipped for the whole family and clean ... few steps to sea .... for the offered price you get a great apartment in a great location .... you can choose between three types of apartments A, B and C. .. by size ... the only well-intentioned criticism relates to food ..... food quality is in line with the price you pay, but for this kind of accommodation, food supply position has to be much better and more diverse .... anyway back to dlijedeće year ..... ps We hope that in the pine forest will not build a hotel, it would certainly undermine the beauty of pine trees and peace .... thank Mrs. Ani from the department on a permanent booking help ...

I just wish to extend my gratitude to everyone at Zelena Punta and especially Daniella for being here for my elderly mother who made decision to spend 2 months on the Adriatic cost to cope with tragic loss of lives of our immediate family members: her young sister, her sister's son at age 29 and leaving behind blind niece with no family but us.

After sleepless nights searching for vacancies we were very happy to have found Zelena Punta. Not only we were able to reserve just a room but the sea front suite with terrace and Adriatic sea view. And if reservation is made for the entire month like we did there is a discount which was really great, but my advise is to book it far ahead of time as some people book accommodations a year in advance.

We were very fortunate to have found this property and absolutely grateful to the entire staff at Zelena Puntal for taking care of my mother and treating her like a Queen. Thank you Goran, Milorad, Ivica and everyone else whose names I could not remember.

The reservations come with full board or half board or without. But it is worth to book with half board if you are sight seeing and cannot make it for lunch. In either case food is plentiful and very Delicious.

There is entertainment in the evenings and if you go up Wast of resort there is outdoor music, people dancing and the full service restaurant.

The accommodations are inside the individual houses which are all different colors for easy to find yours. Every accommodation equipped with TV, AC etc. has living room and come with good size terrace on the second and first floor. Suits/apartments are neatly decorated and specious and clean.

The beach terrain is rocky, no sand, but the water is Christal clear being situated on the island. Sweaming area is wide and not over crowded like the public beaches.

The resort is on the Island of Uglian, which is connected to Island Pasman by bridge, has many historical sights: Chockovac Benediction Monestery on the top of the mountain, One of the oldest Abbies in Mali Pasman and unbelievable Baroque style Franciscan Church/Monastery in town of Kraj. 18th Century Tour in Town Pasman, and Biokova Mountain has winding road to go up the hill from where you can see Karnati Islands on the other side of the Pasman Island. The view from the beach is spectacular not just the Adriatic, but Velebet Mountains behind the mainland towns, which reflect the blue color from the sky and the sea and of course the sun rise/set over Adriatic are both spectacular.

The Zelena Punta Grounds are very clean and there are many staff members taking care of property and assisting tourists, so one can not feel at lost.

At the end I wish to extend thank you to every single individual working at Zelena Punta for making my mother welcomed. Assisting her in every way she needed or not. She is so happy to have us finding this resort. She calls it her new home in beautiful Croatia. The stuff speak English and even German and Italian, so my mother had no problems communicating. Thank you for all the warm and genuine Dalmatian Hospitality. This is a great resort, and I am definitely planning on staying there with my mother next summer again and recommend it to my friends.

Zelena punta, Kukljica

Disappointed with a previously booked apartment upon arrival, we called to ask if there are any available apartment in Zelena punta before noon, in the 3rd week of August - and they had one apartment ready for us. I was a bit sceptic when we arrived at the reception... It looked like an old fashioned hotel reception. We were told that we would get a bigger apartment for a last minute price of a smaller one - great!  We got the card key with few sentences about their services and we were on the way to our apartment.

It was a real relief when we got in. Modern, clean, with all basic necessary things for holiday home. We got enough towels, toilet paper, kitchen brushes, hand soap and detergent for the dishes. In case you need more, you can always buy it in the local supermarket. I suggest that you bring your beach towels, few towels and thin pillows(if you don't like big pillows).

Beach is rocky, but the sea is nice and clear. On the beach is a restaurant/bar where you can eat or drink during the day. If you like you can pay for the half or full board.

There are several bars and restaurants out of the Zelena Punta village. Prices are not too high. You can choose from pizza, pasta to fresh fish or meat.

We visited Preko one evening and Kali. It seemed that Kukljica was nicer. We hadn't visited island Pasman, which is connected to island Ugljan by bridge.

Payment with American express was possible only in one amount. You can't divide it in several annuities. Receptionist told us that it would be possible next year.

It was a nice holiday and I would recommend it if you like peace & quiet during your vacation, irrelevant how old you are. Maybe it's more crowded during June or in the beginning of August, but we enjoyed it anyway.

Small things matter, but in this case, big things matter too... which were not there.

Advantages:
- location - pine forest is giving good relief from the sun
- calm surrounding, with no disco / alkohol parties
- beaches are average, let say in Croatian style, but placed around Zelena Punta give various sun-options during the day
- close to the sea and city centre
- food was monotonous, but quite good
- staff was friendly

Disadvantages:
- as in other reviews - only one e-key (card) to door, electricity works only when the card is inserted in its place; (I think fridge has separated power and works independently). Lady in reception told us, we cant be given second card, because "it is politics of Zelena Punta". It is uncomfortable when you want to split up during the day, especially when driving with a car - this one card also is used for open resort entry barrier
- biggest: NO DOOR LOCK - you cant lock your apartment's door from the inside - from outside you have to unlock it with a card, and drag a door knob; from inside there is only handle, and if you want to open the door just press it - it is very dangerous for children, who can go outside the house unnoticed - there was recently an event in Greece when small boy went at night outside the apartment and drowned in pool, found by mom in the morning... - issue? no door lock. We have 4yo very "active" boy, and after a good conversation, from the second night we have been given a solid door key
- no convenient parking space
- poorly maintained and badly cleaned apartments - clogged bath drain, everywhere fingerprints of previous residents, cracked and peeling plaster on the walls and ceiling, broken toilet seat moving in every directions when used, broken soap dispenser opening after every use, unattached safe that could be taken under the arm, electric sockets protruding out of the walls, very oldstyle musty furniture, dust on the shelves in the wardrobe, broken adjustment of window shutters - we had to adjust it by moving directly the blades, and because they were dirty, each time we had dirty hands, air conditioner placed in main room in such a way that cold air did not arrive to the bedroom at all, the air from air conditioner was not the first freshness.., very low quality heating plate - bringing water to boil took ages
- breakfast was between 7-10 and dinner 19-22; it depended on who was the waiter, but mostly after one hour, part of the food were gone, and not been replaced.
- in main restaurant we have been given sour beer (Karlovacko from the bottle) - two times; draught beer was unavailable
- "daily bar" in practice acted as a drink bar - time when a food was serving was very limited
- poorly mainained recreation area for children

Overall without much drama, but definitely enough not to come back again.
