The apartment complex is located in a beautiful pinewood forest. The apartment we had was in a good location next by the sea. Unit is solidly equipped, but TV and AC does not working. There was a lot of mold on the edge of the bath tub in the bathroom. The reception looks like in the most socialist times and also the friendliness of the staff is appropriate for those times as they did not want to give me another key (entry card) saying that it is against their rules? !!!?

We tried to get drinks for more than 20 minutes which wouldn't be a problem if you don't have bar with 4 waiters for 12 tables. The offer is even poorer than 20 y ago - 1 0,5 l beer, no icecream, no menues for pizza or drinks... We would waited even more if my wife went to call waiter at the bar. They loose at least 50% revenue with this "I realy don't care" approach. It's a shame since they are located at beautiful beach full of pine forest shade. Example how not to do tourism, especially in COVID times.

Small things matter, but in this case, big things matter too... which were not there. Advantages: - location - pine forest is giving good relief from the sun - calm surrounding, with no disco / alkohol parties - beaches are average, let say in Croatian style, but placed around Zelena Punta give various sun-options during the day - close to the sea and city centre - food was monotonous, but quite good - staff was friendly Disadvantages: - as in other reviews - only one e-key (card) to door, electricity works only when the card is inserted in its place; (I think fridge has separated power and works independently). Lady in reception told us, we cant be given second card, because "it is politics of Zelena Punta". It is uncomfortable when you want to split up during the day, especially when driving with a car - this one card also is used for open resort entry barrier - biggest: NO DOOR LOCK - you cant lock your apartment's door from the inside - from outside you have to unlock it with a card, and drag a door knob; from inside there is only handle, and if you want to open the door just press it - it is very dangerous for children, who can go outside the house unnoticed - there was recently an event in Greece when small boy went at night outside the apartment and drowned in pool, found by mom in the morning... - issue? no door lock. We have 4yo very "active" boy, and after a good conversation, from the second night we have been given a solid door key - no convenient parking space - poorly maintained and badly cleaned apartments - clogged bath drain, everywhere fingerprints of previous residents, cracked and peeling plaster on the walls and ceiling, broken toilet seat moving in every directions when used, broken soap dispenser opening after every use, unattached safe that could be taken under the arm, electric sockets protruding out of the walls, very oldstyle musty furniture, dust on the shelves in the wardrobe, broken adjustment of window shutters - we had to adjust it by moving directly the blades, and because they were dirty, each time we had dirty hands, air conditioner placed in main room in such a way that cold air did not arrive to the bedroom at all, the air from air conditioner was not the first freshness.., very low quality heating plate - bringing water to boil took ages - breakfast was between 7-10 and dinner 19-22; it depended on who was the waiter, but mostly after one hour, part of the food were gone, and not been replaced. - in main restaurant we have been given sour beer (Karlovacko from the bottle) - two times; draught beer was unavailable - "daily bar" in practice acted as a drink bar - time when a food was serving was very limited - poorly mainained recreation area for children Overall without much drama, but definitely enough not to come back again.

Good things: •Fragrant and very peaceful surroundings – apartments are situated in a pine wood. •Apartment for two is adequate. Bathroom is spacious and nice. There was always enough hot water and the water pressure was fine (sometimes it can be a problem on islands). •Every three days we got a lot of clean bathroom and kitchen towels and garbage was taken out. •We usually went to the two beaches below the apartment complex. Swimming shoes are a must since it is almost impossible to get in and out of the sea without them. Beaches are pebbled, but pebbles are rather big and not rounded. If you don’t have swimming shoes or, like us, forget to take them, you can easily and cheaply buy them in the village. •Beaches are in the shade in the afternoon in this time of the year (late August). It means that you can comfortably enjoy the beach without sun umbrella from 4 p.m. There was always a little bit of refreshing wind that made the heat bearable. •It is nice to swim along the small bay and water was very clean. If you like swimming in the deep, like us, you will be in luck. •There are two supermarkets, a post office, farmer’s market, fish market, newspaper kiosk and 2 beach ware kiosks in the center of the village Kukljica. They are only 15 minutes on foot from Zelena punta. Everything was open until 9 p.m. •Kukljica has a long fishing tradition, so we bought fresh blue and white fish at the fish market. •Excellent wifi, even on the beach! Not so good things: •More than 100 very steep steps from the apartment to the beach. •Park where you find a parking spot. •Small and stuffy terrace. A miniature table hardly accommodate 2 plates. •2 almost useless refrigerators in the apartment. Handles on one were knocked out so we had to reach underneath the door to open it. •No door on the freezer part of the refrigerator, so storing deep freeze items or making ice was impossible. •Kitchenware seemed haphazardly collected. •The sink leaked. •When the room key card is taken out of the slot, electricity shuts down and refrigerators as well. •Only 2 beach showers and 1 changing cabana. General impression: •The complex is poorly maintained. A lot of small things don’t work. •The reception is from the 70s, stuffy and shabby. •Staff is friendly, but still they tried to double charge us! Their data was not up to date!

The best thing about this place is the Location - it’s In the nice pine forest. The worst thing is cleanless - they never clean your apartment 😮. Every 3th day they change towels, and pick up garbage and that’s it! I asked them to clean our apartment after 4 days of staying there - they Said that they don’t do that 😧. The Resort is very old - needs renovation fast! Food is quite Poor - breakfast is the same every single morning! All In all - not a total desaster but I would not come back.
