Spent 2 nights here in part of the UK we Love.. having stayed at a nearby Hotel a few months back. Pleasant room with plenty of space in both the bedroom & the bathroom. We ate in the pub part as the restaurant was empty being the time of year. Good food - breakfast & evening meals were nice.

Great stay in a lovely setting. Big rooms, well decorated. Service great and food good too. Only complaint was our mattresses were badly stained and unpleasant. Can walk easily to Bouton on the Water from here or to Upper Slaughter.

The perfect hotel for a couple of days in the Cotswolds. I visited with my friend who is in a wheelchair and staff were extremely accommodating. Food is excellent also and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend restaurant and hotel highly.

This is a good inn in a great location. Having stayed at its sister property the Manor a couple of years ago I had high hopes for a more relaxed (and less expensive) night away in another Brownsword Hotel. In many ways, the Inn lived up to expectations but our stay was slightly marred by the noisiness of our room...

There is something very English about a traditional Sunday lunch and the Slaughters Inn does it really well. Three courses with three choices for each course priced very fairly. Absolutely delicious, the portions were perfect and we all enjoyed everything we had. We booked the restaurant, but you could also eat the same lovely food in the bar area, so...

Great dog friendly hotel. Staff were fantastic, very helpful & couldn't do enough for you. Great rooms although downstairs was cold as unfortunately the radiators are covered by the very thick curtains. Breakfast was great & even the dog got a sausage! We had dinner one night which we found to be expensive for the quantity of food on the...

Everything about our trip worked perfectly. The booking, the advanced menus, the friendly updates and of course, the stay itself, was perfect in every way. This is a perfect place for a short break. Lovely walks into the countryside or into either of the two nearby towns (Stow in The Wold or Bourton on the Water) were accessible right from...
