My girlfriend and I stayed in room 28 for two nights. On 5th September we went to bed at 11pm. At, 1.50am, our deep sleep was suddenly interrupted by someone opening our door (the door was shut and locked from the inside) and shouting that they could hear the noise from all the way down the corridor. My girlfriend and...

Very lovely staff here. Made you laugh and were very happy. Hotel is good, lovely and quiet, clean and comfortable. Was good that you can walk straight into the restaurant from your room, so if raining you don't get wet.

Great from beginning to end - very friendly at Reception, room big and bed most comfortable. Breakfast on BH Monday was a bit chaotic but apologies were duly made by the waiters/waitresses. At the price we paid - £35 per night - I would certainly stay again if needing to be in the area overnight.

Lovely clean hotel. Extremely polite and helpful staff especially when in the restaurant. The food itself was excellent too, an improvement on the standard Brewers Fayre. As always, a very enjoyable stay.

We stayed here for 2 nights last week. Staff are all very friendly, our room was clean and comfortable. Easy to get to many places from here. A fan was provided for the warm nights, also a separate top sheet so you didn't have to use the duvet. Be aware that this seems to be mainly a hotel for workmen/buisnessmen....

I booked hotel as a last minute get away to Ipswich for no particular reason apart from the fact we got a good deal. Hotel is situated about a 10-15 Min drive away from Ipswich town centre, but parking is free at this hotel and we had no problem finding car parks in the town centre itself at a reasonable...

Fantastic rooms, clean and fresh, staff more than accommodating. Good variety of foods no bad points what so ever. Yes you only get a couple of tea bags and coffee but just ask on the way in for some extra and that's simples...... Will always try and book here when down this way.

Stopped here on business Thursday evening 6th August. Emily and all the team are really friendly and helpful and offer that genuine service you don't get very often. Had a salad nicoise starter, which was tasty and a nice thin based prawn pizza, which I really enjoyed. The breakfast was freshly cooked and very tasty and well presented. Only criticism...

Our best ever stay at a Premier Inn. Clean comfortable warm rooms. Very attentive staff. Situation good for visiting local places of interest. Restaurant had good varied menu, cooked to a high standard and well served. Hope to come again.
