Went for a Mother's Day lunch with the family. The service was very friendly and made sure we were comfortable. The food was a very good standard and reasonably priced! They had a special Mother's Day menu on offer. Would recommend and return.

To celebrate our 21st Wedding anniversary we decided to book a weekend away at Best Western, Claydon. On arrival we Found the car park to be spacious, we were greeted by friendly staff at reception. We booked a breakfast for our first morning arriving near the end of the servicing period, there were no issues with staff being more than...

This hotel although billed as in Ipswich it is miles away from the town. it is only a very small hotel and not disabled friendly as it accessed by steps. The bedroom we were allocated was incredibly old fashioned and shabby. The bar is part of the small reception area and manned part time by anyone passing!. The small restaurant...

Stayed the one night after my wedding in there honeymoon suite! At £135 for the night I feel over priced for what we got! Room was very dated and full of old chunky furniture! The hotel is an old converted building, so it's creeky and an odd layout! Ample parking out the back and breakfast service was excellent! All staff...

We have been to the Claydon Country Hotel many a time, and came last year for Valentines and the food as always is 10/10. And pleased to say at last they have got the front of house right now, Molly being very...

However despite this the rooms are extremely clean and the staff could not be more accommodating . They made me a lunch that was not on the menu and then also a dinner which they agreed to serve in my room....

In a week I was travelling a lot for work this was a great stop off. Nothing flashy but I needed to have a meal, put my head down and wake refreshed. Staff were very friendly in a meaningful way: not just some company script.
