Overpriced in shoulder season, arrived at what felt more like a beach bar than a 3* hotel, parking was difficult despite it being quiet and staff seeemd to be more interested in getting set up for the season than welcoming us to the hotel. In fact we were so disappointed we didn’t even check in and returned to another hotel with 4*, beach fronted including dinner in Baia Verde for 170 Euro. Also beware of the distance from the port, I would say it’s more like 30 mins than the 10 mins I was quoted through the grim suburbs of this area. I hope the summer reviews are a better reflection, if you’re travelling out of season, I would head elsewhere.

Just spent four nights in this little hotel. Our room was large, spotlessly clean & well equipped, with good air conditioning. The bathroom was large, with a lovely walk in shower. This hotel runs like a finely tuned machine. The staff were without exception all Lovely & most helpful. Food was excellent, breakfast was particularly delicious. The location is good for all the local fabulous beaches. The hotel itself is on its own beach, but as we went in high season. (Mid July), we found it far too busy & noisy for our liking & decided not to use it. As you would expect at that time, it was extremely hot, & humidity was also very high (36* average daily temp). Our only complaint would be that there was a charge of €20 for two sunbeds & a parasol for guests...I've never stayed in a hotel that charges its guests for use of its own beach. That said, the price is very cheap compared to say the south of France, & we would definitely recommend this hotel & would go back, preferably in May or September, when it's cooler & not so busy! Thanks to Lovely Barbara on reception & JamieLynn in the restaurant, who looked after us so well. We had a lovely time with you!

Close to a nice beach, new and trendy, helpful staff and big rooms, but feels like you stay above a fast food restaurant. In fact, there IS a public open fast food restaurant bellow the rooms. Wi-fi was working on and off, so it was a bit annoying. Breakfast was very good and they serve lots of fresh fruits, but the guest restaurant is devided from the fast food restaurant only with a screen. While the terrace doors are soundproof, the doors to the room are not at all. So in the morning you feel like every cleaning lady and all other guests of the hotel are in your room. Woke up at 7am every morning... Overpriced for what it offers (closeness to the beach does not compensate because there are much nicer beaches just couple of kilometers away).

Lovely beach hotel just a stones throw from a beautiful big bay with the shallow clear waters associated with this area. The beach gets very busy but has a certain vibrancy and empties out in the early evening. The staff in the hotel were very friendly and helpful, the food was to a high standard and we thought that it was good value for money. It was a good 30 min walk to Porto Cesareo itself which is full of good restaurants and bars and is a lovely harbour town.

Room Tip: You would not want one of the front rooms facing the sea in July or August, very hot!
