It is all true what the previous reviewers of this "4-star hotel" mentioned. But because of what they probably appreciated, we left the day after we arrived, requested to pay for the full three days we booked. This place is not a commercial operated hotel with standard hotel services, where you can stay as a regular hotel guest. This is...

Our prospective guests only need to look at all the other reviews, they speak for themselves.. "All our other guests cheered when this "Gentleman" and his wife left......".

This is an excellent hotel for people who like to have a quiet and restfull vacation, and who want to escape from the crowded areas. You can, in consultation with the owners, fill in your own agenda; nothing is mandatory, anything is possible. Located in the middle of Andalusia, you have the possibility to visit every city, but you are...

Hey everyone who interest in this hotel, I'm a girl from Shanghai China, I lived here for six months as a volunteer helpers, so i'm the best person who can tell their real condition: first, very clean and big kitchen where Hetty creates those delicious dishes as an art work, during my work here, every guest love her cook; Second,...

Tucked in the heart of the countryside, all you can hear is the sound of birds singing, and the hum of insects in the meadows. We found Cortijo El Peral through Trip Adviser, and were so taken by the reviews, it was not a difficult decision to decide where to stay. We were most certainly not disappointed, and like another...

The hotel web site does not do justice to this charming hotel where we spent 4 nIghts. The building has been tastefully and thoughtfully built and furnished, with plenty of space both in common areas and the bedrooms. The food, all of which is prepared freshly in house, is varied and delicious. Alan and Hetty, the owners, are perfect hosts...

The Cortijo is located in a wonderful spot where rest and relaxation are the order of the day. We took advantage of the many wonderful facilities on offer and found the Cortijo to be very centrally located to visit Malaga, El Torcal, Mijas etc. Our room (Sevilla) was both spacious, well appointed and comfortable. Alan and Hettie were wonderful hosts...

We stayed here for a week and found the whole experience quite magical. The accomodation was first class with fabulous views of the surrounding countryside. The hotel was beautifully furnished throughout. The bedrooms were spacious with super king size beds and large ensuite bathrooms-double sinks, bath and walk in shower. Delicious meals were served on the terrace where the only...

We stayed as a small group in this most beautiful cortijo after a visit to Cordoba and El Torcal. All three rooms we took of the only 10 the cortijo has, named after the main cities of Spain, are all different in color and atmosphere. The hotel is magnificently decorated with Hetty's paintings perfectly harmonizing in. We had a wonderful...
